Sounds a bit paradoxical when the girl talks about the audience liking when she wins a man, because "They see women don't just take it, Women can be stronger", so far so good with this feminism, the problem is she's telling us this while washing dishes!
@NetjerAshe I wash the dishes too! Nothing is wrong with that!
You didn't get my point
The girl is talking about women being stronger, but outside the ring she's doing what "every woman is supposed to do" as it's believed in chauvinist culture, a women's task.
@abadubie I agree but we have to indulge the spectators and the wrestlers. Imagine what these morons would do with all of that pent up energy if they couldn't have those needs met?
These women are all stars why have they not been taken to America where they would go down a storm and with the right promotormake a lot of money which is what they deserve.
Wrestling is the case in point of the whole today's Western society: It's all hypocrisy and no essence at all. People watch fake fights, eat fake food, have fake friends, watch fake dumb-ass movies, listen fake auto-tune gay music, have fake-ass holidays (Easter Bunny??!! Come on..) eventually lead a fake life. Way to go, society is on the way to becoming the place to be for phony cowards and the herds.
That's awesome. I hadn't heard of this, even women's wrestling sites have never mentioned them so I guess it's pretty obscure but I've since seen a bunch of their videos on here. These ladies apparently regularly have shows where they draw hundreds of people, basically equivalent to what women's promotions are doing in the US and Japan these days but in a country with a teeny tiny population in comparison.
@abadubie Name me a single other medium, that does what wrestling does for entire nations, and I'll gladly jump off the "wagon". It is really as simple as that. I have no doubt that you will fail to come up with one, but I am replying to this post to make a point.
These women in Bolivia, even if they are yet to make comparable money to their male counterparts, are performing in a medium that is actively working to portray the women of Bolivia in a positive light and as strong figures.
@abadubie Why is that? Tell me what makes this "garbage". Don't give me the "it offers nothing to society" line, explain why you think that. I'm guessing you're just trolling.
@abadubie As phony as most of it is, it is still a sport that requires athletic ability. It is also entertainment. In other words; it offers leaps and bounds more than what you, and your family will ever offer to society in the history of the universe.
@abadubie Another silly comment, from a person too dumb to actually understand what pro wrestling is about. There's not a single other medium, where the stories can be told in a way that is understandable to the entire spectrum of people, yet all you can do is "turn your nose" at it. Oh well.
@navafsar I am glad to see that I am not the only who think those people are really pretty. They have this smooth dark skin and sharp features. Straight out of a gauguin painting.
@cannoir Although I think Gauguin mostly painted Polynesian women, but I do agree that there is a unique beauty about Andean people and I can see the similarity to his paintings. There is also a vibrancy and colour about them; visiting Bolivia is a real experience.
ahhaah that woman took her shoes off to beat him ahahah thats what i am talking about .. i was hoping more for women in bikinis faking it but oh well!
