The Hamdi case is different. It should never had gone to the supreme court. Why? Because Hamdi was no longer a US Citizen, his basic rights no longer applied to him! If you join a foreign military or group and act against the United States, you are forfeiting your rights as a US Citizen! This law is printed on our passports in which every United States Citizen signs and has to agree to this before they leave the country. Case close.
