1st part:

Cm, Gm, Bb, F

Cm, Gm, Bb, Cm

Cm, Gm, Bb, Cm

2nd part

Ab, Eb, Fm, Cm

Ab, Bb, Cm

Which kinda nails it and tells us, that the theme is in C-minor and that it has modal tonality. :)
