It's set to the minimun set on map and it's matched to maximum on map. So say there was 20 fusion coils, put 20 on the max on the map and 20 on the minimum, and that's how you do it. Try it sometime. Go to forge, get a fusion coil, drop it, press 'x' on it then 'x' again and then :)

That was dumb it's not a glitch he just changed it so that at all times the minimum amount of Fusion Coils on the map must be the maximum causing them to continuously re-spawn into an explosion causing the to explode making it a never ending chain.

all they did was change the minimum setting on the fusion coils to max so that the game knows that there need to be at least that many fusion coils on the map at once... thus creating what you just saw
