One thing that has always bothered me is I don't get why the rollercoaster crashed in Final Destination 3. It's clear that the rollercoaster malfunctions because that guy Frankie drops his camcorder which breaks the wheels and the thing holding down restraints. So if he wasn't on the rollercoaster to break the wheels why did it crash?

Blood and gore is awesome when there's an antagonist, someone or something causing it. In the Final Destination movies, the never seen or explained "death" is what's killing everyone. All it does is re-enforce the fact that these people are dying this gruesomely solely because we want them to, because of our fascination to it. It's unsettling and unpleasant.

@jasonmar36 6:49- if you look closely you can see the track popping out of place, which is the actual cause of the derailment. It only causes the hydraulic cable to rupture earlier, which would have probably ruptured when the coaster hit the broken track

ok kids fd5 took place before FD1 alright SPORLIER ALERT. sam the main character in FD5 wanted to go to paris at the end of the movie, then while on the plane the scene when the alex says the plane is going to blow up sam decides to stay on the plane still the his GF fly's out the air plane and hit here back on the wing and sam burns up in the plan then dies.

I have a nightmare when i was at the waterpark. Heres my view on all the disaters:

FD1: A plane losing a chunck of fusaloge to metal fracture. That makes sense, It has happened before, with one death

FD2: Unsecured load on truck. O_o THERE was a COP behind him! Why didnt he pull him over!

FD3: Rollercoaster derailing. I dont think that has EVER happened before.

FD4: Tire blowout sends car flying. The last time I check, the worst a blowout can do is make you skid, not send you flying like you were shot out of a cannon!

@scottieman2 Actually, I stopped the video and looked closely at it. The load is improperly loaded. Alot of those logs are hanging too far over to be legal, which might explain why the chain broke. But on that note, he is using the wrong trailer to be transporting logs. It appears to be a standard flatbed, which is used for bulk cargo like generators and things like that. A trailer for carrying logs would have to have staves(vertical beams) on the side to prevent them from falling.

The opening disaster on the 1st one was pretty thrilling, but felt it wasn't realistic enough. The opening disaster on the 2nd one was the best as that kind of a pile up CAN actually happen irl and at anytime. The opening disaster in the 3rd one I felt was unrealistic because there's no roller coaster ride that last that long and kept going on while things get broke during it.
