  • @littlemike42, I don't think you could tell the difference between a VW and a 359 anyway. Better just stick to the things you know, like video games and poping zits. Now go back down in mom and dads basement and jerk-off to gay porn.

  • @littlemike42, I'm not the same guy you were birching at but I do drive one of those 359 Petes and I pull a bullwagon. Reading the shit you typed tells me you really haven't been in this busness for very long. CSA is hurting the big companies alot more then it is hurting me. So..guess what asshole, maybe experience and common sence do help.

  • you sound like a douche bag / someone that I work with. you guys must be related.

  • all this while your hiding behind the grill of your pick up what a douche

  • This is why we hate big companies. Their poorly trained and have trouble doing basic things yet they still call themselves truckers. And if your driving just for a paycheck we don’t want you out here.

  • Maybe you should have lent a little help to this driver. Making some poor shit ass play by play does no one any good, especially when you KNOW all these big company rookies are poorly trained. I guess your one of them super truckers out there who never had a bad day.Yes, before you comment I am a professional driver with 3 million safe miles under my belt; and I practice what I preach. Most of these new drivers are trying to feed their families, quit being pricks and impart some wisdom!

  • I remember my first couple of backs. I did fine once I got my trainer to shut his mouth and let me drive.

  • and you were born with a CDL in your pocket right???

everybody's a critic until they hit something right????

  • why don't you try and do better big mouth

  • probably just practicing! right?

  • we had a Swift driver come into warehouse were I work a couple weeks ago and it took him 45 minuets to get backed up to the dock and he some much room to work with you could have parked a battleship on either side of the dock he was trying to back up to

  • A successful backing! Perhaps he was a new driver? Maybe that's why he kept pulling up. The fool filming this video sounds like a child bullying someone smaller than him on a schoolyard. Bottom line, if he didn't hit anything he did a good job.

  • @ibstyln1 ths makes all you swift drivers mad..sorry..

  • @keystrucker I.ve seen an even worse company, Stargate logistics out of Canada. I had a guy ask me to back his truck in for him because he didn't know how to back. normally I'd decline because it would open me up to liability in an accident but as the open dock was right next to my truck I figured I better do it.

  • @ibstyln1 yea but in the trucking business time is money, sorry if your that slow at parking to.

Been a trucker for 10 year

  • Its a straight line backing job. What in gods name is so hard?

  • @deaniro1969 what the hell differance does it make.....it never stops.....everybody is a damn critic...I bet you are an old school Pete 359 driving true red-neck piece of shit that csa2010 is going to push out the door. Like another person wrote ..Bet you were born with a CDL and didnt have to learn a damn thing

  • Damn, i'd like to see this guy drive a exhood Pete for Stage Call Corp. Backing up in the casino's in Vegas with a 53' and a exh Peterbilt brings backing to a whole new level

  • @niceshot76 I've hauled to Opryland, & various convention centers. I know what you're talking about. very tight fit for highway tractors.

  • 13 times? student driver? haha. hell I dont do any better. takes me at least 4 tries max.

  • least if he did hit the other trailer the paint would match.

  • Same here I drove a wrecker for 3.5 years before getting my cdl.Backing has never been a problem. Also it takes practice,no body is born backing a rig...

  • this is why im glad i learned to back trailers with a yard dawg. Keep tryin dude....you'll get it in there!

  • everyo

  • Nobody got hurt, and the police aren't looking for him, it was a good day!

  • don't defend bad drivers...if you can't drive, you can't drive.....sure, everyone starts somewhere, but I NEVER had a terrible time backing, sure there were some tough spots, but set it up correctly, and it is so much easier.....just sayin

  • Yeah, on second thought, now that I remember my first time... you're right keystrucker.

  • why yall hatin i seen a bunch of old fart truck drivers taht have been driving forever and they still cant drive and back up

  • we are not hating..just watchin..:)

  • after 10 years in a truck 1time et 15 second

    it's very easy JAJA

  • yep..all this guys needs is a few more years.. :)

  • See

    What

    I

    Fuck up

    Today

  • Smile werner I'm a flake too

  • A professional driver would have gone over and offered to spot for that Swift driver.

  • i was gonna do it, but it was sooo wide open i knew he wasn't gonna hit nothing.

  • @gulfboy a PROFESSIONAL DRIVER is that gubment speak for douchebag? nothing more than a steering wheel holder to bump a dock and haul cheap freight, i would much rather be a trucker.

  • @gulfboy Spot? what was there to spot? he had forty acres to line up on the dock. that's what makes it sad. if it was a tight dock no one would fault the guy for needing so many attempts, but this guy had the room to set up straight into the dock.

  • I agree with "dukes975" no matter how long it takes as long as nothing is damaged, he did good. I believe by watching that this is a new driver, mabe even their first attempt on their own. It is up to the Trainers to Teach these drivers, and hate to say but 90% of the trainers out there are about worthless SOB's. All they want is the money, they do just about all of the backing during training and treat their students terribly as they run them into the ground. If you see a new driver, help them.

  • I agree! Also, I believe their should be a mandated training requirement for all new drivers in our industry. Until then, I'm with you. If we see a new driver, help them..

  • I just got outa the swift truck school. It really did shock me how many unsafe drivers they do put out there and expect the mentors to teach them the rest.. like docking!!! All I could think was WTF!!!!!!

  • I Swift -Swipe other Trucks at Twuck Stops all the time- I can't drive a Big Twuck, I dive fer Swift & Company and I speak no engli,, help !

  • This driver is doing great job, we train at swift super trucker driving school. we train for 12 days. praise allah

  • 1, 13 or 100 times or 5, 15 or 60 minutes.. However long it takes... This driver backed in WITHOUT hitting anything. I call this a sucessful backing..

  • i agree with ya dukes..if i though he was gonna hit something i would've helped him out..but doing it yourself is the best teacher sometims..

  • I agree with you on doing it yourself is the best teacher sometimes. As a 3rd generation experienced driver currently with Swift, I also leave the drivers alone unless I think they are going to hit something. So, I appreciate the comment..

  • lmao!

  • The produce had passed its sell by date by the time he got it onto the loading bay.

  • lol almost a straight back wow im depressed that i even worked for swift they did send me to school but i would have to say alot of it comes from common sense now if he would just do if he was trained by swift what swift trained him he would basically have a straight back not hard

  • this is why i dont wanna drive long haul anymore i cant deal with the fcking rookies out there that dont get the proper training lol this is was fcking funny though omg hahahaha i showed my old man this he almost puked laughing so hard

  • Well ,he is still better than the Portugese. lol

  • This isn't even a hard one. Plenty of space.

  • sometimes those are the hardest for these guys ;)

  • I might work for them i don't know yet. Coz i need a ged.

  • Also turn 21.

  • I just saw a NEW swift trailer.... Instead of Saying "Award Winning Drivers".....It says

"Best In Class" so they know how bad their drivers suck once they cut them loose!!

  • Give him credit, he didn't stop trying and he got some practice. Hopefully he learned a lot from that.

  • lol..too funny.

just goes to show ya ,never know whos watching you.........

    ;)

  • it usually takes me about two hours for a dock like this. My trainer said that i don't have to worry about overpasses because the fifth wheel has a self leveling device on it. There is an infrared scanner that reads a signal from the height sign on the bridge and refracts it back to the fifth wheel leveler device. But one time the device failed and me and my trainer had to spend two hours waiting for a wrecker to come help us out. We spooned in the downtime.

  • yeah..those infrared sensorw will mess u up :)

  • LOL this is the funniest freaking comment!

  • You are a f'ing NUT!!!!! LOL

  • Best comment ever.

  • Looks like a nerve-wracking moment. Next time, it'll only take 6 attempts. Good commentary - critical, yet supportive. 5s!

  • I see a LOT of in and out action. IN ... OUT ... and walla! IN it goes for the WIN!

  • ya know..that sorta has sexual overtones..HA

  • U did listen to YOUR video, right?

  • I can't believe I forgot to give you 5 stars! WoW!!!! Well, FIVE now!

  • oH yeah..thanks Zoe..u r the best.. :)

  • uhhhh...oh yeah.. the old in out thingy lol

  • I must think about Trucker Steves video..

    How does he at home???

    Poor lady...LMFAO...

  • ( !! )

    what he said...... :)

  • Well I would imagine we have all been there before...I know I have...hell I still have a hard time backing up sometimes. Then again I dont drive tractor trailer that often anymore...other than float moves with equipment on them...I give that driver props for not giving up!! Give him some time...he/she will get there!! Good vid!!

  • Could Be a New Driver or Driver towrds end of a 600puls mile day! I got some Backing vids you should check them out<--<<

  • They'll get use to it in due time...Like Kat said ya gotta start somewhere...good vid bud

  • The difference between those orange cones and real trailers........

  • LOL! Oh man....oh well...we all had to start somewhere, eh? Guess that driver still has wet ink on their CDL. Whew...glad that's over with! I was getting really nervous! lmao!

  • There is an aweful lot of Swift trucks in the lot to stand there without protection!!!!!

  • (!)

    Nice commentary... Thx for posting!

  • yeah, i used to be a sports announcer for a little league football team..
