And, yeah, I hate it when they do that door-rattle thing. However, I suppress fleeing impulses, because in most cases I trust the lock to keep them out ;-)
Luckily, living in a dormitory, I have my own bathroom in my own room and I don't ever really have to worry about someone walking in while I am using the toilet.

However in this kind of situation, I've always had the fortune to have the toilet right by the door, so if someone starts shakedy-shakin' the knob, alls I have to do is prevent the door from opening (grabbing the knob, sticking out my foot, etc.)
