  • I was inspired by you. I had scheduled 4 sets of nines at 170kg yesterday with paused squats. I did the two first sets in a total of 2min 39sec. But due to my lack of stamina, I decided to have longer breaks between the two last sets. Still, it was setting this performance into perspective. I'd love to see you do a 20 rep squat at some point. I've done 173kg x 20 myself. Great to see som REAL lifters doing REAL PROPER lifts on youtube. Sick and tired of half assed, cheating and pussy squat vids

Gotta low the high reps squats. But how often do you do this Harris? Had the impression that most weightlifters stick to the low range of reps most of the time?
