In terms of the Engine the 599 has the same 6.0L V12 from the Ferrari Enzo but it's HP is detuned.

The 612 has the same 5.5L V12 from the Ferrari 575 Maranello.

The 612 was made in 2004 > before the 599 (made in 2007) hence why it has the 575 V12 and not the Enzo V12.

May not be a ferreri but -> Pagani Zonda 0-100 km/h: 3.7 seconds Horsepower: 650 Top speed: around 350 km/h

Corvette stingray 0-100: less than an hour Horsepower: not as much as a zonda Top speed: still not as much as a zonda.

Despite this, the zonda isnt the ultimate italian supercar, but would humiliate the stingray until it gets red in the face (metaphorically). also, most ferraris are quicker than zonda. for example - enzo, 599, f430 scuderia.... stingray has no chance!
