@Thsnickaman said this a long time ago. But just incase your still curious. When you go to perform a move, I find that as long as you just finish it after actually being able to do it it sitll counts and gets performed.

I may be wrong though. I'm a ok Hazama but it seems to work. Granted, he still did that astral quickly none the less. So he only seems un-able to move, but he can still start the move then activate it by finishing it.
