ATI is shitty, they use large numbers on the shaders so fools like you can feel like you're getting an amazing deal when GeForce cards' shaders count for 5 of ATI's. So, in essence, a 6850 actually has the equivalent of 192 of GeForce shaders, whereas a GTX 460 has 336 (which is equal to 1680 of ATI's shaders).

He must have a really really bad cpu.... Cuz gtx 460 is a very powerfull mid range graphics card, also you can easly get 20% boost by overclocking it (or 40% boost if you have powerfull PSU and very good cooling system). I dont have Bad company 2 and cant really test it but my gtx 460 runs Skyrim at 50-60 fps on high settings.

You have to go to the settings.ini file and make both run DX10 because that would be a better comparison, and yes I know that the GTX460 have DX11 but to get the best comparison, you have to run DX10 on both card :)

Btw GTX480/GTX580 and GTX580 3Way-SLI runs it alot better (I know they are alot stronger) but if you can get the money, then go grap one of these cards ;)

Def a huge bottleneck somewhere, lol. When I switched from my Q6600, clocked at 3.6, to an i7 920 clocked at 4.4, my fps went from ~80s with constant frame dips to 100+ pretty much all the time, sometimes nearing 200. SLi scales like mad on i7s, lol.

Why are frame rates so low. My hd4890 did better than this, all settings maxed. I have a HD6870 now that blows this game away. Although for BF3 i will be selling my 6870 for a GTX570. Smoother frame rates.

@TheBatlefield3 joa das hab ich auch mal gemerkt.. nur mit der gtx 260! ich hatte einen intel E7500 dual core und das spiel lief maxed out nur auf ca. 30 fps. so wie in dem video.. kaum hatte ich ein neues board und eine amd 6core cpu und natürlich auch ram etc. lief das spiel mit aktivem v-sync auf konstanten 60 fps.. ohne sinds noch ein paar mehr, aber die gtx 260 reicht vollkommen aus für bfbc2

considering the small difference in framerate, your CPU bottlenecks your system. So no matter if you install a GTX 580 in QUAD SLI, you will not get higher FPS due the lack of a good CPU
