If we (USA) would treat our addicts instead of pointlessly packing the prisons we might actually see the DEMAND for drugs like Cocaine drop, thus ending our military "solution" to a medical problem. There is SO MUCH MONEY to be made in drug trade we will never stop the black market from attempting to supply the demand. I've counseled addicts and not been able to get them into rehab when they really want it. Amazingly though there is always a bed in Jail, costing much more than rehab would...

I agree, I came to Colombia to meet my girlfriends family and did some exctensive travel while there. It was fantastic and by far one of the best countries in the world Ive been to.
