Actually there's an episode called possession returned where they were on another case 5 hours away from the girls house and the same demon came back in her. I never thought this show was a load of bull. And PS is not for finding evidence to rub it in the faces of the skeptic audience. By what Ryan often says "Paranormal or not, we need to help this family" that means his goal is to help these families overcome what they believe MAY be the paranormal. Plus, if you read his book "My Journey into the Unknown" he explains all of the cases included in the show. Read it and get a new perspective, you'll be amazed.

Or better yet, call them a psychiatrist and find out why they believe "Ryan" or any of his team posses any "power" they do not, and are any more capable of stopping the nuisance! This show should partner with Billy the Exterminator, then every case would be closed in no time! It's shows like this that perpetuate the irrational delusions they try to fix.

@DanSpaceEdot First of all, where 'rats' come from? And they're not claiming to have special powers besides Chip. But more importantly, Ryan is there to listen to these people. When the clientele approach others in their community, they usually get judged and called crazy. When they contact PRS, they are able to have someone listen to them and feel comfortable since Ryan knows what it is like to be judged and alone. I don't know how the hell you got exterminators but thats my view.

Furthermore, the editing room seems to be the only place anything exciting happens. This show is a perfect example of a flaw in democracy. It is just like anything else in life, there are millions of ways to get the job done, some people do it differently than others. It just depends on what you believe in and what works for you. Actually there's an episode called possession returned where they were on another case 5 hours away from the girls house and the same demon came back in her. I will say though that the problem with paranormal state is that you can't just cast out demons and think everything will be fine, the person has to accept Christ into his/her life which prevents repossessing and they need to get rid of all that which caused the demon to come in the first place along with Bible reading, worship, adn prayer.

I would be almost asleep and it would wake me by messing with my feet. So one night I change my routine and did not lay in bed. I sat at the end of it. I had the lights on. Now this is freaky. There I saw an inpression. Like someone had sat on my bed. There was no one there! My last day was awful! It would not let me sleep.

Religion in itself isn't the problem, the problem is the limits in a dogma. For example, as far as I've seen and read, Hinduism isn't limiting at all. It actually only seems to be Catholicism, Christianity, Judaism and possibly Islam that are the problem. Most other religions are just fine. Some aren't even religions in the major sense, just good ways of living.
