Why didn't anyone play outside? Seems like that's where all the oil is. Never seen so many pocket 4,7s!! Reminds me of the final 97' ABC telecast pattern (more oil in DWOpen).

Non one but Norm Duke played outside because all of the other bowlers besides Norm Duke have a decent amount of hand. The higher rev players generally need a bigger margin of error because the variance between rev rate from shot to shot is hard to control, whereas Norm Duke being really soft with his hand can play outside more consistently.
