This guy is an idiot from RI. He's useless and he took $2.7M in campaign contributions from the very people his banking oversight committee was suppose to protect us.
G W Bush Report Card: Before Bush:Strong Dollar & Economy With W: Weak Dollar..Weak Economy Before W: US Industry With W: want fries with that? Before W: Torture is UnAmerican With W: Torture is American Before W: Bin Laden a terrorist With W: Bin Laden still a terrorist Before W: Iraq has electricity With W: No Electricity Before W: 4000 troops alive /Iraq sucks With W: 4000 troops dead /Iraq still sucks Before W: America Respected With W: Not so Much
Im am sorry but it is my understanding that while the troops are in combat it is the responsibility of Congress to make sure they have food, armor and weapons. Until they come home they need to be supported with money. Many people do not support the war yet send over care packages because they respect their armed forces.
I agree, but this thing needs to be rapped up shortly or at least in a reasonable time frame and so far no time frame has been given. This war or conflict is a big drain on the economy of the United States, it is little wonder why we are starting to see the effects to it. We need to stop doing this type of thing altogether or it will most definitely ruin us. With that said while the troops are there they definitely need everything that we can give them.
What...? Guilani, Edwards, Clinton, Obama, Bush, Thompson, and McCain are all members of the Council on Foreign Relations. The CFR has the stated goal to destroy America by first eliminating the borders (already in progress). They believe, not "in the Nation." They all represent the same elites that are ruining our Nation right now. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE INTER AND INTRA PARTY BICKERING. THEY ARE ALL IN IT TOGETHER! The Nation is dying and we need a doctor... Ron Paul 2008!
Nothing. I am coherent. I am concerned about the future of the United States. I am concerned about my children's future. What are you smoking? Are you living under a rock? Do you deny the facts about the CFR?
Ron Paul is what Bush was in the 2000 elections. Check the campaign promises if you don't believe me. If Ron Paul was for real, he'd be independent. As a republican, he won't get any votes regardless of his ideas. Why doesn't he choose to be an independent then? Republicans back him up as well as they back moron Guliani. But WHY? Nobody knows.
Ron Paul is nothing close to what Bush was in 2000. Bush is the son of a former president and grandson of a congressman who helped finance the Nazi regime. The Bushes are neo-conservative war profiteers. Bush had every intention of going to war with Iraq before he was elected. Ron Paul has TWENTY PLUS YEARS of congressional history to support his campaign ideas!
Furthermore, do you want to elect the same Republican house of representatives that stay with Bush's ideas no matter how wrong they are? They are the reason of our 9 trillion debt because the president doesn't pass the bills unless the house majority agrees which was the case during 1994-2006. 12 years of nothing but bashing the non-patriotic that to us are called Democrats. During the 12 years, fuel prices went up, interest rates went up, etc.
As president, Ron Paul will expose the bought and paid for congressman for their wrongs. They will be forced to "do the right thing," as their constituants will be educated by the president and his administration. Hard to believe, I know, but truth always triumphs in the end. It is high time for the citizens of the United States to reclaim what others have bravely fought and died for, FREEDOM!
And the debate continues throughout North America, as normal citizens continue about the struggles in their lives as amateur internet pundits continuously post endless, pointless attacks on one another in poorly constructed sentences, while the police state slowly closes it's grips on an unsuspecting populace in real life, while everyone sits inside, either at work, in front of the TV, or on the computer, you are losing your freedom.
I don't just sit here, but thanks for asking. I talk to my friends, and people I work with, I get up on stage and yell into the mic. when I provide the drum beat, it's for a message. I rail against the system day in and day out. Why would I join the system when it is tearing us apart. No, I believe in getting up, and making yourself heard. I play in a band that had songs back in 2003 entitled "Rock Out Against Bush", "Lambs To The Slaughter", "No Wing", "Bombs Over Baghdad". What have you done?
well you sure are active, sorry, I couldn't have known that brother or sister =p ... my only point is that it is even the people's stupidity that makes us all worth saving (I hope) - so we must remember to love one another even when we don't see eye to eye
I was only responding to the one comment not you as a whole person you see
Cool. I know, you don't have to apologize to me. That just makes me feel bad. on a different subject, I still think that Republicans that support the war, are scared shitless of the Arabs, whereas a strong nation would defend against possible attacks and not erode our civil liberties, which actually benefits the other side.
What a bunch of cowards, send in people way better trained and able then you to fight for you, so that you can feel "safe", sit at home, and post shitty little messages at people who are desperate for an end to this retarded "struggle".
What's cowardly about making sure that the military's sacrifice is in America's best interest? 10 billion a month in Iraq ! We can't afford this ! We don't have a large enough military ! We don't have the will of the Iraqi or American people to continue this either. Bush has been a terrorists dream come true !!!! Listening to Bush is like listening to Britney Spears ! "Gimme Gimme Gimme More MORE MORE MORE !!!"
Oh please, did you listen to what this man said? Until someone comes up with a strategy that can work in Iraq stay the course means our troops are going to continue to die because Bush wants to pass this disaster off to the next president. I was in the army and if you think that is supporting the troops I ask you on behalf of the entire military to stop supporting us.
First, crazycatfguy, you are indeed crazy. Second, you no more speak for the military - who overwhelmingly voted for President Bush and support this mission - than I do, for moveon.kook
In addition to failure, defeat, shame, cut, run, surrender, and appeasement in Iraq ... Domestically, this party of cowards & traitors, offers only proven-failed socialism, militant atheism, shameful sodomy, race-baiting, and murderous abortion.
By any chance did Fox "news" tell you that? The owner of Fox spent 1.7 million dollars and 2 years in the Florida court system attempting to get a judge to rule that the first amendment gave him the right to force his employees to distort and fabricate news. Fox vs Akre
yea....I dont know who moveon thinks they own...they dont own me,my family or anyone else in the democratic party...but as for the military they are split on the War in Iraq...check the military times poll...and that is astonoshing to have the military questioning any mission
wow, you're crazy. The military does not support the President. They support each other. Politics has nothing to do with it. You only think it does because you're obviously stupid. Why do you think they voted for the President? Because we like him? Because we like the war? No, because we liked Bush better than Kerry.

leaving iraq will leave the middle east in the hands of terrorits who will waste no time to strike American just as they did on Spetember 11th, this time with the entire middle east as a safe haven for terrorits we will be hit harder, Democrats are only focused on bashing bush and getting our soldiers home, but tell me this what will be next when we pull completely out of Iraq? Will things be better?i doubt it in order to achieve our goals we must stay on course
You should really change your ID to "jackass".Do you know what the word "re-deployment" means?.Probably the only way to avoid being "hit harder" as you put it, is to really focus our force on specific, one-on-one, terror groups; which we already know who they are.Next time think about the $99 that KBR charges to do a load of laundry for any of our soldiers, or the $50 that charges for a meal. That in fact,is "hitting us harder"(you and me)already.

Gotta love the tiny bit of irony that so many people
have their panties in a bunch about MoveOn when their
a private organization that is using their first

swift boat stuff about Kerry that was every bit as
bad as this, we were told "too bad." Priceless.

Diplomacy? Is he expecting to sit down to lunch with members of Al-Qaeda and insurgents and discuss the conflict in Iraq?
RACHE1ANN 4 years ago 4
Insurgents are people that LIVE in Iraq and want the occupying force (America) to get the fuck out.
If China was occupying the US, they'd call anyone fighting against them (US citizens) insurgents.
