I dislike this because, I have grown up the last 10 years on the central coast and knew of this place before it was Windfall Farms and drive by it everyday. How can you take the only place like that out here in the "West" and divide it into tiny pieces and Ruin it??? I wish I had the 25 million dollars it is selling for and save it from investors like you! I would not pay any amount of money to live on a 10 acre parcel so that I can only have 1-2 acres of it myself and the rest Grapes. ABSURD!
