Actually I've got to say, while both Julian Barratt and Noel Fielding have their own unique skills they bring to the table, what they have separately is quite small compared to what they are able to form when the two creativities are brought together. The world they have manifested is so colourful and yet coherent, owing to I believe Noel and Julian respectively. Apart there is a lacking, and only together can their merits be fully appreciated in a working comedy act. @MadcapMan @brandi7ish

And even though there's a lot of overlap and the Boosh atmosphere is a real blend of the respective stand-up atmospheres created by Julian and Noel, Julian is pretty good on his own, without being overshadowed by the louder style of Noel.

I think this video really helps show how effective Julian and Noel are together.

Noel is an amazing artist with a brilliant talent for creating incredibly bizzare designs, and I think its safe to say he is largely responsible for the way we view the world of the Mighty Boosh.

The show very much resembles his art work.

Julian however seems to be much more behind the writing and the concepts of the world.

It seems as though he is responsible for most of the scenarios and jokes.
