Oh, and don't live near the actual alley of alley 24! Garbage trucks have a habit of constantly going through and waking the dead in the wee hours of the morning.

LOL Totally feel ya on that one. I realize garbage trucks are part of living downtown, so I always check for dumpsters and the path of the trucks when choosing my apartment. Also the 3rd party billing process for w/s/g is very frustrating, and should go to the courts for examination.

LOVE the flooring in the one bedroom bathroom, and the washer dryer in there as well.
The rec center is awesome! I'd probably use that all the time for the little mini theater they have in there. Maybe have like a little movie night once a month or something.
