first you BUY THE SKILL at the POTION SHOP on the left side of the inn. Then, you click on the skill ( that you've bought which should be in your inventory ) and you CLICK ON IT and CHOOSE THE ARM option. then you would have it on the bottom corner of the screen. when USING THE SKILL, you EITHER RIGHT-CLICK it or you PRESS THE > key on the keyboard
