Russia dont recognize Kosovo because : 1.CHechenya 2.The oil interests with the new pipeline in Serbia from Russia. China: cant recognize because of 1.Taiwan, 2.Tibet, 3.Ujghur aka East Turkestan Spain cant recognize because of: 1.Catalonya 2.Basque. Kosovo is stable without EU. UNMIK is no longer active in Kosovo, so there is no EU money comming in Kosovo.And Eulex is just to restructured the law nothing more.
