sure. It's called a Visual Boy Advance. VBA for short. If you google it you will find it easily. Once you download it the VBA will be VERY easy to use.

in the chapter editor(frame 3:19)...i cant change the class of any character except for eliwood,i did what u did earlier, i changed thier stats in chaaecter editor and that works fine,but i cant seem to change their class in chapter editor except for eliwood,if i do it to someone else the game freezes

I don't know what the problem could be. I have never encountered a problem where the game would freeze if you edited any character... that is very unusual...

That's the way the game was programed. Hacking it changes this.

The Portrait's colors will not change. Working on portraits is a different program.

Ahh... that... that is much more difficult... You have to use the FEditor. (Google will bring it right up) I'll PM you the video I used to actually cut my sprites and stuff. It's fairly complicated at first then it becomes easy once you understand.

Yes there is and it's called FEditor Advance. There are videos on youtube that teach you this. It's pretty complicated the first time you do this and I KNOW I'm not doing a video on that.

that sounds like you didn't edit kent in the chapter editor that I stressed in part 1. Go back to part 1 of this and it should help. (I hope)

Hmm. You have the FE8 modules right? It is VERY hard for me to guide you through what you need to do because I rarely ever hack FE8. Just answer that first question and I'll try to help.

You need to use the FE8 Modules. Using the FE7 modules will get you absolutely nowhere...

oh I see. Did you see the first part of this video? I posted the rom that I'm 100% sure is compatible in that description. Make sure you extract EVERY file. If you don't it won't work.

If you just mean like Change her from a Lord into a Swordmaster or something then it is EXACTLY the same as this game but with the FE8 modules.

Deprece, you also have to add lethality to the class module. Also, I was wondering if you could help me. In my hack, after certain parts of dialogue, all my characters turn into these lines, and it freezes the game. I was just wondering if you know how to fix this.

I can almost hack everything now in Gba Fire Emblem game series (except for Sealed sword). Three things I don't know is add untis on map positioning units (where to place them) and replace terrain.

I have never tried inserting characters... I just tried.. and it worked! I'm going to upload a video showing it. I'm assuming your experienced. This is what you do, go to chapter unit editor. Now, you notice how one some of those units in a specific chapter, that there is NONE? You can edit that and input your X and Y coordinates. Save it and it should work.
