Because Mohammedanism allows for abortion through the first trimester which is why you don't see Mohammedans ever protesting abortion.  Protestants vary from church to church on the subject. Remember Tiller's Protestant church welcomed him with open arms and supported a woman's right to abort. The Catholic church is the oldest and largest opponent of abortion in the US. Some Protestant churches got on board but only after we did the heavy lifting. And they are far from organized.

You will see MANY Protestant churches which allow abortion as a viable option. Add to this, that few Protestant churches actually have official "doctrine" (they usually have "charters").
