tb the trick to staying alive in the water with blocks is to go to the bottom, then surround yourself then dig down to make an air pocket. thumbs up so they see.

probably not, the same thing happened to me once in rugby with my thumb when it got trodden on, it is crushed, but not permanantly damaged, it will take a few days to recover fully, but will go back to normal, try to keep it still as much as possible, also a bag of ice on it whenever possible is a good idea. if after a few days it is no better, try ask a doctor
