that's daizengar's default OS attack during the stage where he didn't have his zankantou...it's pretty much like bullet's shishio blade in grungust sanshiki

Guardian Sword or something like that. The other defaults are Dynamic Knucle and General Blaster.

OGG is so short and most later levels are 100% slugfest bosses so there's really only a couple levels where it's worth it to use the default weapons.
