The picture at 1:00 is, indeed, faked. I did some research into that particular photograph. However, there is a real one. Just search Civil Was Pterosaurs (the name for prehistoric flying reptiles like Pterodactyls). The one that is almost flat on the ground is the real one.

2:30 is fake, nothing that big jumping out of the water gets that much hang time. Although, they did catch what APPEARS to be a carcass of one of these pleisiosaur like creatures in Japan. Google image it.
