I just started triple jumping. I got 30' something on my first day and at the first meet I got a foot and a half further than that. Plus, I beat our best long jumper in triple by 2 feet.

Aarik wilson Is a great jumper I really hope at some point we will meet up in competition. because I know Im doin good in that type caliber competition.The triple jump is very technical and difficult his form aint perfect but his explosiveness compensates he could definately improve to 60 plus with tech training if I dont first. Respect the player leave it on that track thats what I learned about track competition. So dont hate participate get to where he is by hard work dont critisize.

This is in response to the arm swing comment made by Dandre567. Coach Boo from LSU teaches his athletes to the swing because it's suppose to elevate the hips, but I agree with Goddi7 it's preference. Johnathan Edwards didn't do it and he's the best.
