is this also good for just starting out back in the gym for a slim guy? i would assume you have a better plan for that but im having trouble finding it .. finding a complete workout for bulking up .. i know you talk about it in some of your vids but i dont see any workouts planned out .. message me back and let me know whats going on with that vince

It says week 1, week 2, but I think he means day 1, day 2, day3 and so forth. I'd hope anyway. Because you are suppose to take a day off in between workouts to let your body recover. So that would be 4 workout days a week.

Nice Vince! Now, you can also do this with a 4:1 tempo to get a different workout all together, or do it on the last set.
Super sets do take time off your workouts so use them wisely.

"Muscle Building In A Rush" Week 2
1a: Incline Chest Press (4 reps)
1b: Back Squat (4 reps)
1c: One Arm Row (4 reps)
Perform 4 reps for each set (1a, 1b, 1c)
without taking a break in between sets.
Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
