  • is this also good for just starting out back in the gym for a slim guy? i would assume you have a better plan for that but im having trouble finding it .. finding a complete workout for bulking up .. i know you talk about it in some of your vids but i dont see any workouts planned out .. message me back and let me know whats going on with that vince

    I bust my arm doing a bench press its a long story but basically I lifted my weight did 7 reps and on the final rep I came down and hit my arm on a box my fiancee put next to my bench machine luckly I wasnt to injured

    I have a question regarding my injury and your muscle building in a rush. Q. I've been following your rush workout since my injury and theres no chance I can do pull ups can you suggest anything else other than pull ups??? Thanks

  • It says week 1, week 2, but I think he means day 1, day 2, day3 and so forth. I'd hope anyway. Because you are suppose to take a day off in between workouts to let your body recover. So that would be 4 workout days a week.

  • @VinceDelMonte hi vince, first of all i am a big fan ! like what you are doin and you help me alot. but i dont quit understand this program ? i did the week 1 circuit today, does that mean that i have to do the week 2 circuit to morrow ? and why does it say week 1,2,3 and 4 ? how meny times a week do i need to do these circuits ? when that is said, thank you ! big insparation :D

  • Nice Vince! Now, you can also do this with a 4:1 tempo to get a different workout all together, or do it on the last set.

    Super sets do take time off your workouts so use them wisely.

  • "Muscle Building In A Rush" Week 2

    1a: Incline Chest Press (4 reps)

    1b: Back Squat (4 reps)

    1c: One Arm Row (4 reps)

    Perform 4 reps for each set (1a, 1b, 1c)

    without taking a break in between sets.

    Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
