I tried out a Legend and it was horrible compared to my iPhone in terms of speed. It flat out refused to load certain websites in desktop form, and the ones it would, it took an incredibly long time to load, and some pages would just never load.
I will say though that the phone is beautiful. Much better looking and feeling than my 3GS, just too inconsistent for my taste.
@AdamKaoru doesn't work that way....Legend has a 3.5 G hardware while Iphone 3GS is solely on 3G. For your reference, 3.5G is 5 times the speed of 3G in terms of the max. data allowed taken at the same time duration.
Andorid OS blocks certain formats of sites because some is waste on the battery and some sites in particular format is a data plan eater.
And that's never forget Iphone doesn't support Flash at all.....
@AdamKaoru But the legend actually opens full websites quicker. My bro has an iphone 4 which is slower. It was probably because the phone had alot off apps running. i can see what you mean though, im trading mine in soon for an iphone 4 :)
@BeautyBoyTV Just on the internet. The pages dont fully load meaning when you scroll around you get checkers n stuff. Although iphones internet is a better experience.
you cant compare web browsing speed using 3g network duhhh.... its like comparing your network internet speed -.-
should test it with a wifi network....
