Comparisons to it are merely in part. If you investigate into what the WTC Attack Chronicle: 'Tuesday Morning in September' is.. you will discover by experiencing the 130 minute realtime. .actual running account. that it is a serendipitous composition that is a story from 9/11/2001; a piece that is a whole in its entirety in itself, that will give you the closest knowing what it was like to watch it all unfold before you as if you were there that day.. Upload is on my channel. Essential.
But I'm from Australia, and many of us are STILL ignoring whats going on in the Middle-East, and still making such a big deal over the September 11 attacks.
Infact, Ive heard some of the schools here, and in the UK actually have a day to mourn 9/11. But still no sign of a day about the thousands of men, women and children killed in the middle east.
@97AlexN "correct me if I'm wrong but didn't the Japanese suffer more losses then Australia?"
Yup. Japanese war dead was around 2 million military fatalities. Australian war dead was around 32,000 military fatalities. Do you know why no one cares about the Japanese war dead? Because they were the enemy. You won't get anything more than a shrug from me. Same for the Muslims killed in recent conflict. I feel sorry for the children, but I couldn't care less about the adults.
do you have the financial slot for bbc breakfast september11th 2001 in which declan curry tells viewers about a lady who rang in asking about a crash on the stock market and told her not to worry? 6hrs before the first plane struck?
@FrancisIdents I know, but on that ident I just think that the river looks small and so it makes the balloon look really small. Like a miniature village balloon.
i remember this like it was yesterday - I was on my way home from school and the bus driver was listening to what had happened on a portable radio... always a joker, i thought he was taking the piss, until I got home and walked in and the TV was on showing the buildings on fire.

Peter Dobbie has aged a lot in ten years. He needs to get out in the fresh air, and stop peddling propaganda for the BBC.

The United States was struggling to come to terms with it? The whole world was and is still trying to come to terms with it.

@97AlexN Tell me, there in Australia, is there a day to mourn the Japanese war dead from WWII?
Halo4Lyf 1 month ago
@Halo4Lyf Not at all! Im beginning to think we only mourn over the "White" countries.
And correct me if I'm wrong but didn't the Japanese suffer more losses then Australia?
Yet again, nobody in the western world cares.

@97AlexN actually , over ONE MILLION were murdered in the middle east by the Bush-family.
Half of them were Iraqi children.
Elberiver11 3 weeks ago
@Elberiver11 My point exactly.
But I cant blame the soldiers/operators responsible, they were simply assuming the 5 year old was going to kill them.
Kill the little kid before he kills you. Regardless of innocence.

9/11/01 is September 11th 2001 the AMERICAN way because their date system for some strange reason is MONTH DAY then YEAR MM/DD/YYYY
