@DrDarbyDavis i jsut dont get why people think because there are physical explanations for things (science) that there cant be divine design behind it. we do live in a physical world, so everything has a scientific explanation. but if your into science you should read into near death experiences. there are both sides to the issue scientific, and faith based conclusions. they are really interesting and at least for me i think gave me a much wider view on God and the world, including science.

Jesus came to save the world from religion. He hung out with the outcasts of society not the religious leaders. He is "the way", as in the "spirit" of loving your fellow man unconditionally. Science means to find what is true. Religion or faith means to believe in a reality that has no proof of actually existing. Love is a mixture of chemicals in you're brain that make you feel a certain way, are you mixing love up with a magical force that makes humans need each other?

@DrDarbyDavis i jsut dont get why people think because there are physical explanations for things (science) that there cant be divine design behind it. we do live in a physical world, so everything has a scientific explanation. but if your into science you should read into near death experiences. there are both sides to the issue scientific, and faith based conclusions. they are really interesting and at least for me i think gave me a much wider view on God and the world, including science.

And NDE's are bullshit, when your mind experiences what it thinks to be its last moments it releases dimethyltryptamine which makes you hallucinate and see "the light" or your friends and family. I'm not saying there cannot be god, I'm also not saying there cannot be Rah, or Thor, or Beetlejuice, or Santa, simply implying that its improbable and silly to believe.

@DrDarbyDavis thats what i thought about NDEs too. but theres plenty of research that logically make it impossible for it to be a dying brain...ex. corroborating evidence from the NDEer with other people about things they saw out of body. Full memories of details of the experience, people who were blind but could see in the experience, people always bring back a complete change of character, ect ect. theres alot of evidence.

They probably just walk away and forget anything was said, they can't come back with ANYTHING or even accept that their logic has been defeated. If my logic is defeated I have a harsh reappraisal of what I believe to be true, I correct my flaws and accept them. But these people will continue on with their lives believing. They burned "witches" at the steak, they stoned homosexuals and prostitutes, they called bears out of the forest to maul 42 children for calling a man bald (that last one is straight from the bible 2 Kings 2:23-24) Not to mention the many suicides in result of their conviction.
