  • This motherfucker is straight beast! And "Enter Sandman" just makes it cooler, plain and simple.

  • at 0:56 you show a roll from half guard, did you do a full video on that?

  • very nice... good stuff here man... adds a bit of kick to my arsenal

  • i personaly enjoy getting the truck calf crank after the roll then go for the twister if i cant get it

  • Dude, this is some crazy s___! You guys never cease to surprise me. Thanks for the awesome post, as usual.

  • Eddie Bravo Twister, very nice

  • Eddie Bravo twister, very nice.

  • It's a shame you never see this stuff in MMA.

  • @Boljarin chan sung jung pulled off a twister against leonard garcia just a few weeks ago set it up from the back it was beautiful

  • dude is a bad motherfucker on the ground i wanna learn to do that

  • This dude in the black is legit.

  • Cool that you like the rubber guard bro!

Just a couple of comments about your technique.

When your're in chill dog and go for the kung fu move and are not going to stay for double bagger stuff, then you go for the jiu claw immediately closing your legs tight. Or else people will just posture up from the omoplata position (jiu claw).

As for the twister, you are rolling the worng way, do the roll looking the other way.! Also, give some credit to 10th Planet no>?

  • Your comments are noted, and we consistently give a lot of credit to all of the 10th planet guys. Everyone from Bravo/Quick/Epstein to Ari have received credit, links, and traffic from our site.

Thanks for watching, and we'll see you at the site.

  • @paularamirez88

eddie bravo twister..the eddieBravo move.. credit 10thPlanet..cool eddie is a genius and he took move and made it popular and introduced the jj world to a move others hadn't utilized. but its not like every time someone does a triangle they credit the gracie's. the credit is just known. CALM DOWN he is posting a video to instruc. whether eddie is famous for it or some guy sitting on a cloud made it himself. this guy is showing it. no1 thinks HE invented it. not even eddie did.

  • Good looking technique man...I like to see that you can go through the pathway on both sides seemingly equally well, twister roll to both sides is nice too, which is your dominant side? I can't even tell

  • any one has a good elongation rutine ?? Please PM me..

  • Also try setting up twister from scarf, its my personal favorite way to easily break grip and land a high and tight twister side! you work the opposite side rubber guard then me which would be great to try to roll with. I switch sides when ever I get a trouble maker that watches me to closely :) I am excited to get to trade some ideas soon, now analizying all your vids :) and I can say you work great setups and just roll through them very flawlesly and tight. Awesome videos!!!!

  • hey i just started bjj, and theres this one guy i spa and he always gets me in like a reverse twister side mount with his head facing my head, ive got no idea what to do then. Any chance you can recomend a video or something nice vid

  • That's called Kesa Gatame, or Scarf Hold, and I have a couple of escapes for it. Go to our site and register an account. Then go to the videos section and look in Side Mount Escapes under the different belt colors. You'll find multiple escapes from Kesa Gatame there.

  • i love the rubber guard..being able to beat on some1 from the guard is great..nice vid bro!

  • The Rubber Guard does add some options in to your arsenal from the guard. Be sure to check out the site. We have a lot of video content that you can utilize for free!
