  • I LOVE YOU. I started hooping at the begining of the summer and have been obsessed to say the least. Reversals with like, slight paddling were the only thing I could nooot get down or at least get smooth no matter how many videos of baxter/brecken/the world i watched and somehow it clicked when I watched this. Thanks for posting, good karama and good moves!

  • @lizuppy11 I love you too ;) hehe Hooping really is addicting isnt it!? I know what you mean about watching Baxter.....hes just so fast and he does a lot more paddling so its hard so figure out what is going on. This is pretty basic (not much paddling) but very satisfying = D You should try to go to one of Baxters Hoop Path classes! Hes inspiring!

  • You're amazing. How heavy/big a hoop is that? Reversals like you're doing is the next thing I NEED to learn.

  • @mysticsecret1313 thanks babe!! The hoop is pretty tiny but i never measure mine so im not sure. It is 1/2 inch at 125 PSI. I started slow with breaks and reversals as my waist..then moved to basic ones at my chest. Honestly going to hoop path made everything click :)

  • man, you are like ambidextrous with hooping, you can hoop both clock-wise & counter-clock-wise so well, i really need to work on that......

  • Gee! I can't understand the reason you're able to spin while hooping... I've tried but i can't... Once more congratulations!

  • whatcha mean? You get dizzy? You drop the hoop? Or you just cant spin? Trust me you can do it :) Ill help!!

  • EVERYTHING!!

I can't., my hoop falls down and I get dizzy.. just impossible!

  • maybe ill make a little video about this! because there are a couple things you can try and once you figure out how to turn with the hoop EVERYTHING becomes so much eaier!

  • Nice work. Your motions are so fluid. It's like you're at one with the hoop. Makes me want to pick up my hoop again. After several months of hooping, I got discouraged with the soreness and no weight loss so put it away for a few weeks. Maybe I'll try it again.

  • oh please do! I find that when people focus on just weight loss they lose touch with all the benefits of hooping. it becomes a routine instead of a release and build up of energy. Try perceiving the hoop as a toy for your soul and you will reap benefits i promise!

  • still working on my shoulders reversals......you are skilled! great dancing :))
