  • this dude sounds scary. half dead. no offence! just thought id point that out!

  • Your fucking truck is everything good in a truck. I like the color too!

  • the #53 block that tended to crack was only from 1998.5 24 valve to 2000 the 01 ND 02's were good

  • Very nice truck. If you already haven't, check out cummins forum. Great site with TONS of information regarding almost any question or problem you will ever have. Tons of articles as far as DIY repairs, modifications, etc.

  • @doubleblackD cummins forum dot com is awesome!!!! Best cummins website out there!

  • from what i heard the 98-02 cummins 24v have a stamp in the front of the block that tends to crack under a heavy load or running a little hot, my advice is keep it cool and dont try and move a space ship haha, other then that damn good trucks

  • Love the title haha

  • Kenny Wayne Shepard - Blue on Black, sick ass song haha

  • Dude where did you get the front end bumper!! Looks like the stuff you find on fire trucks!!

  • @DieselnDrums came with the truck i was told is was custom built but i have seen one other one so im sure they are production built and custom fitted. I wil have to o some research and get back to you on it.

  • @niktrix Hey thanks man I appreciate it!! I know i'd love to have that on my truck, and bunch of my friends too, so thank again!

  • FUCK YEA LUKE! that truck is sick

  • my dad has a 99 5.9 24v cummins. its been an alright truck but the fuel pump went out. i guess the 24 valves tend to have fuel pump issues. idk if the 2001 models have the same problems or not. other than that those trucks kick ass! haha

  • I have heard of lots of 99-02 24 valve cummins doin that but this one has the fuel pump relaced with an aftermarket one, it also has a after market fuel lift pump wich gives much better fuel pressure when you are tromping on it and i have a fuel pressure gauge so hopfully i wont have any of the 3 fuel pumps fail on me without me noticing. frankly im not worried about the engine its the differentials and the tranny that worries me, how is your dads any problems? (ps mine is standard 6 speed)

  • my dads is an auto and its shifts pretty damn rough. just consider yourself lucky you got a 6 speed cuz from what i hear its one hell of a tranny lol. other than the tranny and fuel pump issues its been a pretty good truck. id still take my yota over a dodge anyday tho lol

  • I just got sick of my toyotas tourqe in high gears it was my daily driver and it was a 4 banger, standard, with 7 inch lift and 33 12.50s so it was slow as fuck and you could hear the wheels realy bad inside the cab when your doin 100kph. but now its my devoted trail rig, i can work on it whenever i feel like it, break it whenever i feel like it, and tow it wherever it needs to go. 80s toyotas are awsome 4x4s but on the higway they are garbage when lifted with big tires, with stock driveterain.

  • about bloody time u got a real truck

  • hey my toy truck is older then any other pickup of any kind in calgary and still goin hard as a daily driver. "its about as real as it gets". stick that in your pipe and smoke it. i bet it will even outlive my "real" truck. dont fuck with the toyota. lol

  • @holyluke Anything bigger than a Toyota Yota, or Ford Ranger is considered a "real" truck
