  • thank you for this video- I believe in a gentle approach to this fragile and complex issue. I also believe in free will - what we can do with it is persuade and help to educate women AND men and politically corrupt policy makers.I should probably eave it at that. The answers lie in education and advancement of societies perception of women altogether. We act ancient -we rso far behind concerning aknowledgement of power of women and aour GIFT to bear LIFE!

  • thank you for this video- I believe in an extremely gentle and understanding approach to this very fragile and complex issue. I also believe in free will - what we can do with it is persuade and help to educate women AND men and politically corrupt policy makers.I should probably eave it at that. The answers lie in education and advancement of societies perception of women altogether. We act ancient -we rso far behind concerning aknowledgement of power of a womans and GIFT we have to bear LIFE!

  • We can argue about this and that but there's no arguing about the message of the video - an abortion ends any chance at having those things happen in those people's life.

An abortion ends the child's possibilities.

  • The film clip is about decision making and is very well done.

  • Great content, it will be on Personhood TV. google - Personhood justin tv. God bless.

  • Lol...he responded, and stated that the 13th ammendment of slavery is the same thing as a woman staying pregnant. How exactly is she an endentured servant? Is she a servant to her desires...to her impulses...to her inablility to use protection? There are 2 ways to prevent pregnancy...use protection and don't have sex...only one of those is foolproof. If a woman wants to have sex, then she should be prepared for any and all consequences. Before you as, yes I'm a woman AND I have kids.

  • @s

    dumbass, read the 13th amendment.

"Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted..."

so if U force a woman to stay pregnant against her will and rights w/o due process( and there;s no law forcing a woman to stay pregnant before state's viability), it's a violation of the 13th amendment, duh!

it's clear U know NOTHING about the constitution, UR morality is not LAW.

    abortion IS taking responsibility

  • @FREEAMERICANOW69 You're apparantly not even paying attention to what I'm saying. If a woman CHOOSES to have sex of her own free will then she should do so being willing to accept any consequences for her actions. Telling her NOT to murder her unborn child is not endentured servitude. As for calling me a dumbass, grow up. If you can't have a mature adult conversation, let the rest of us grown ups talk. If more women would keep their legs closed, wouldn't be so many unwanted babies. Period.

  • @shivag73

apparantly, you can't prove me wrong and know nothing about the 13th amendment, either.

YOUR FASCIST OPINION IS NOT LAW, AND SEX IS NOT A LEGAL CONTRACT FOR PREGNANCY.

13th: " Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States"

HOW CAN YOU FORCE A WOMAN TO STAY PREGNANT AGAINST HER WILL AND RIGHTS....IF THERE'S NO LAW TO DO IT= UNCONSTITUTIONAL, DUMBASS!

  • @FREEAMERICANOW69 I know what the 13th ammendment says, and I actually know what it means. So tell me how making someone be responsible for their actions is endentured servetude. Why can't she just be responsible in the first place? And if abortion is being responsible and not murder explain to me exactly how a man can be charged with the murder of a woman's unborn child? Either it's leagal to kill the unborn or it isn't. Lawmakers can't have it both ways, but they sure are trying.

  • @s

"I know what the 13th ammendment says, and I actually know what it means"

no, you still don't because u believe this pro-life fascist crap, "how making someone be responsible for their actions is endentured servetude".

sigh, abortion IS talking responsibility, you just don't approve it and U have no power to stop or prevent any woman from having 1 w/o her permission.

there is no law forcing women to take your version of responsibility, if you force a woman to do it= unconstitutional.

  • @shivag73

    research simple facts BEFORE commenting.

feticide is you killing the fetus w/o a woman's permission, duh.

and it's not even murder in alot of states, like new mexico...why don't you know this?

    wikipedia org/wiki/Feticide

wikipedia exists for a reason, use it. LOL.

"Either it's leagal to kill the unborn or it isn't. Lawmakers can't have it both ways, but they sure are trying."

it's been solved, abortion is legal and constitutional...feticide is not.

  • @FREEAMERICANOW69 Now when did I say that I force anyone to do anything? I don't force them to have sex, I don't force them to have abortions, and I don't force them not too. This is supposed to be a discussion, and I'm stating my opinion. Apparantly you can't live with any that don't agree with yours. Lol..I just think it's funny how you're getting offended...just because I don't agree with you doesn't mean you have to act like a child.

  • @shivag73

and i don't give a damn about your stinky pussy...it has no legal authority to legislate someone's civil and constitutional ( 13th and 14th amendments) rights away.

  • Choose life!!!

  • BTW

I see people saying that abortion is supported by the constitution.

Please quote that part of the constitution.

  • Just an observation:

Why is it those who have posted comments against this ad are using hateful, rude, and childish behaviour and words???

If you think you are right, then present a proper counter point. and not immature cussing and name calling.

It's funny that those who present facts and studies for the pro-life side are met with ridicule, but those who oppose it and act ignorantly in this way are met with applause.

Apparently nonsense is the new common sense.

  • hope everyone realises that not everyone who gets pregnant has financial security and dandy lives like that.

  • @finolarulz is it REALLY about money?!?

Being poor makes it right to kill?

  • @JABFuzzy - Please read this if you really think that poverty can justify an abortion for anyone, at any level of poverty: google for "My Brother’s Birth Trumps Her Mother’s Abortion" and Rai Mundo. YouTube doesn't like links to anywhere else.

  • @JABFuzzy

no, poverty can justify abortion--pregnancy make it hard to work like morning sickness, and missed time for appointments, and other physical effects

you are missing the social effects of proverty, women who are poor are more likely to stay w/ an abusive men because of the child, or because the parent(s) are working long hours might fall victim to man who pretend to love her for sex and become a single parent.

sorry, very few ppl because WANT to be poor for a unwanted child.

  • @FREEAMERICA.. Poverty can justify abortion!? - That is saying poverty justifies murder. I am poor, therefore it is just for me to kill the rich man and take his money.

You think that it is better to kill your child than suffer morning sickness and miss some time from work for a Doctor's appointment?

You end your reply with what people WANT. "My body, my choice. I choose to live says the baby, that is what I want."

Free America Now? Abortion is a slavery on women, not a freedom.

  • @J

strawman, how does proverty justifies murder? when murder is the UNlawful killing w/ intent and abortion is a civil and constitutional (13th and 14th amendment) right to all american women?

first of all, children and BABIES are BORN, so it's clear that you don't know what murder, a child, or a baby is. the fetus is living in/off a woman's body and if that fetus become inconvenience or unwanted to her and she wants to abort...then she should and i support that her rights and choice

  • @J

second, lets live in reality: YOU HAVE NO LEGAL POWER TO STOP OR PREVENT A WOMAN FROM ABORTING HER FETUS OR EMBRYO W/O HER PERMISSION...so what you want is moot.

you don't know if the fetus (that doesn't even have the ability to feel pain until the 3rd trimester) wants to live.

    newsweek com/blogs/the-human-condition/2010/06/25/does-the-fetus-feel-pain-uk-report-says-no

how is abortion, slavery? if the woman wants abortion to "FREE" herself from a unwanted or inconvenient pregnancy?

  • @finolarulz I was 20 years old when I got pregnant with my first daughter. We were newlyweds and I had just had to bury my mom. No way I was financially stable, but abortion was never even a consideration. We now have 2 teenage daughters, and it's been a struggle at times, but we've always made it through. What needs to be stressed more is responsibility and family, not do as you want to do and to hell with the consequenses, which is what a lot of people do now.

  • You know, people who said slavery was wrong got laughed at, got told "don't tell me what to do with my property." Now people laugh at pro-lifers and say "Don't tell me what to do with my body." See the similarity? Someday, we can right these wrongs, like with slavery. The baby might be connected to the mother, but it has it's own head, heart beat, DNA, blood type, fingerprints.

It has a life ahead of it. You're forgetting: the fetus isn't a fetus forever, it is a human.

  • bullshit, why would she be thinking about that during the abortion, that she agreed to have?

  • @FREEAMERICANOW69 I've heard most women think about those things during abortion.

  • @LovedbcHim

really? how women is that? you must have alot of time on your hands.

  • @FREEAMERICANOW69 Well, she wasn't exactly happy she had the abortion. As far as time on my hands, I have a 4 month old that I'm staying at home with.

  • @LovedbcHim

HOW MANY WOMEN THAT YOU KNOW OFTHOUGHT ABOUT THOSE THINGS IN THE VIDEO WHILE DURING THEIR ABORTION? just answer the question.

SO IT'S JUST ONE WOMAN, ok, so you lied. not surprising because pro-life fascists lie when the truth conflicts with their propaganda.

    i don't care your kid.

  • @FREEAMERICANOW69 Actually, I know 5 personally and 1 from a friend of a friend of mine. 1 girl actually gets up every night thinking she is hearing her dead baby crying and then remembers she aborted the baby. Not all of them thought about the abortion during the procedure, but have regretted it and even think about what they've missed out. Planned Parenthood lies. That 'fetus' is not just a ball of cells. It is a part of the mother that can never go away no matter what.

  • @LovedbcHim

sure that's all true, and the sun will blow up in the next 5 minutes.

no,PP didn't lie--every living thing IS a ball of cells, which is made of elements that are made up from atoms.

and yes, the woman can abort at anytime.

  • @FREEAMERICANOW69 No, you are wrong. They are not a ball of cells. From conception, they have their own DNA, the heart beats at 4 weeks (which I heard with my stethescope when I was pregnant, despite how tiny it might have been). There is brain activity by 7 weeks. Each unborn baby has their own personality. One baby may favor one thumb over the other, another may be more active in the womb. They are unigue individuals, and God has made them for a reason.

  • @LovedbcHim

no, what is your body made of? it's a simple science question. let me tell you the answer: CELLS. YOU, ALONG WITH EVERY SINGLE LIVING THING ON THIS PLANET IS MADE OUT OF LIVING CELLS.

DNA IS JUST PROTEIN MADE OUT OF AMINO ACIDS, IT'S JUST BLUEPRINTS.

WRONG, I WAS PREGNANT TOO, STETHOSCOPE CAN'T PICK-UP THE HEARTBEAT AT 4WEEKS.

WRONG, AGAIN YOU MEAN "BRAIN WAVES" NOT ACTIVITY... THERE'S NO FUNCTIONS GOING ON, JUST ELECTRICITY EMITTED FROM RANDOM NEURONS.

    BABIES ARE BORN.

  • @Lovedbc

WRONG, AGAIN A FETUS DOESN'T HAVE PERSONALITY UNTIL THE BRAIN'S HIGHER FUNCTIONS DEVELOPMENT "STARTING" IN THE LATE 2ND TRIMESTER.

and you mean with the thumb is more instinct with one side of the brain is more development than the other and jumping around developing muscle strength by those random electrical signals.

a person needing your kidney is an individual too, you can lie him die because U have that right, just like a unwanted fetus.

prove your god exists, being a rapist?

  • @FREEAMERICANOW69 They are people who know how to unconditionally love everyone, and honestly we could have a lot to learn from each one of them. It is not me who is lying to you. I am giving you the truth, but it's up to you to be open to it. As far as having the name free america, free americans are people who love God, but since you don't even believe in Him, I believe you'll never be free until you do believe in Him.

  • @L no wonder abortion been legal for so long besides it's being supported by the constitution, is you pro-life fascists don't know how to debate.

have you watched true blood 2nd season? there's a blonde christian woman who talks about rainbows, and Christmas against vampires like that shit is fucking reverent, and that's U.

you somehow think that your moral relativism/self-righteous and your god that has no proof he even exists TRUMP the "ACTUAL" civil and constitutional rights.

    HA!

  • @FREEAMERICANOW69 Actually the constitution was made by someone who loved God.

  • @LovedbcHim

wow, is that the best you got, after all the factual shit i said against you? i guess the truth/facts/logic is starting to rub off on you.

there's no god in the constitution, so feel free to prove your point "Actually the constitution was made by someone who loved God"

again you starting to sound like sarah newlin from the 2nd season of true blood.

"we are fighting for rainbows, Christmas, happiness and light," -sarah newlin

  • @LovedbcHim

by your comments alone, you remind me of this bitch.

watch: Steve and Sarah Newlin's Reflections of Light #3

  • @FREEAMERICANOW69 How exactly is abortion supported by the constitution? Point that out to me because I'd like to see it. And why are you talking about True Blood? It's a SHOW not real life. As for a real debate, I could give you one, without cussing or calling names, because that's simply ignorant and childish.

  • @s

sigh, abortion is supported by the consitution because of the 14th amendents" liberty w/o due process. hint: roe vs wade. and the now, the 13th amendment's prohibition of slavery or involuntary sertivude.

roe vs. wade said that a woman has a right to abort for any reason because of a right to provacy before that state's viability, and if a woman is forced to stay pregnant against her will before that time it's a violation of the 13th amendment.

because i want to talk about TB.

  • I had an abortion and do think of it yes of course, but do i regret it no...I am 26 and got pregnant when I was 17 and a homeless raging alcoholic who used cocaine all of the time. I was raped and when i found out i was pregnant I did not think twice about what I had to do..it would have been cruel to me to bring a child into this world int he state i was in..and I have cleaned myself up am 26 now and am getting on the right path to have a child..when i am ready.. dont judge.

  • You ended someones life and want to take moral high ground telling others they shouldn't judge??? You have judged yourself ! Your crimes can be forgiven but not by trying to justify them.

  • it's not justification as much as explanation..and who the hell are you to say anything to me..unless you have gone through a similar ordeal you can keep your bigoted, blind sighted views to yourself thank you...I hope your goal of making your own blind judgments seem justified by filling my mailbox with your own opinion..so you can go ahead and judge me if you want..you would just be a hypocrite..especially if the only one with the right to judge is god..

  • I'm sorry, I can tell by your anger that this issue has upset you on a personal level. The mental anguish you are dealing with is unfortunately a side effect of abortion that most pro choice advocates refuse to discuss. If I steal your car tomorrow, it will be mine right. You can't judge me right?

  • nope

  • it's not called judging, it's fruit checking, it doesn't look like you have much...

  • fruit what? stay out of my mailbox...-sighs- this is exactly why there should be an ignore comments button...

  • @cheyennewolfmoon25 You just "Halfway" saved someones life ;)

    Glad to hear you're clean.

And my thoughts on the video:

This is sickening to me, honestly. How can someone believe that what happened in this video is what the average scenario for people that are thinking about or want to have abortions look like? Stories like the one im replying to is the proof that this video is based on nothing but the so called fucking "American Dream" and it's not realistic at fucking all. Narrowminded much?

  • im 16 an di came across this video and wow it made me tear up so bad just thinking about it makes me wana cry idk i dnt agree with abortion really i dnt but i thought if i ever got pregnant at my age i wuld aport cuz i dnt think my family wuld help me and i wuld proberly get kicked out but after watchin this wow i dnt think i wuld ever abort now

  • wonderful video! thank you so much for posting this!!!

  • "TruthSearcher123" needs to search a little more!! This commercial is excellent!

  • Please ladies. If you have had an abortion, speak up to save others from having to go through the same grief you have experienced. You can save them &their babies,be brave&courageous,we need you,the mothers need you,the babies need your voice! You speak from 1st hand experience, they will listen to you.

  • I aborted and I don't regret it. I have a job, I am healthy, I am happy, I take care of my disabled mother, and I am a health-care professional who cares for the elderly and disabled. I donate to my local church and my animal shelter.

None of this would have been possible if I carried my child to term, let alone kept it.

I would have committed suicide if I had no other choice. Don't judge.

  • If you don't regret an abortion you are not a Christian, don't lie to yourself. The church has every right to judge according to God's word which clearly states "You shall not commit murder."

The truth is that women are 30% more likely to become suicidal after an abortion. You call yourself pro choice but the majority of abortions are forced upon teen girls by boyfriends and parents, so who's choice are we talking here.

  • @FightingRight I never once said I was a christian- I tihnk you misunderstood my saying 'i donate to my local church' as 'I'm a part of my local church'- I don't need to be a xtain to have compassion and believe in charity.

The church HAS right at ALL to step into other people's lives without thier permission and dictate how they do or don't live- america has freedom of religion AND separation of church/state..

So until i ask your opinion, or help, keep it out of my face.

  • that's so true

  • @FightingRight No, the church has no right to judge, because the God that I believe in is a forgiving God. Look at the people in your church they all live in glass houses and they still throw stones.

BTW, I believe that forced abortion is wrong and if a woman who is of sound mind can make that choice regarding her life with no other influences coercing her to do it than she should be able to exercise her right freely

  • 1 Corinthians 5:11-13 11But actually, I wrote to you not to associate with any so-called (A)brother if he is an immoral person, or covetous, or (B)an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or a swindler--not even to eat with such a one. 12For what have I to do with judging (C)outsiders? (D)Do you not judge those who are within the church? 13But those who are outside, God judges. (E)REMOVE THE WICKED MAN FROM AMONG YOURSELVES.

  • 1 Corinthians 5:3-5 3For I, on my part, though (A)absent in body but present in spirit, have already judged him who has so committed this, as though I were present.

you serve a false god, a figment of your imagination which is idolatry. There is only one God and the Bible reveals His nature and will to us.

  • Wonderful video...Short, but sweet, and straight to the point. Everyone is unique and has value. When you "chose" to have an abortion, you deny your child the most fundamental right that no one can live without, the right to life.

  • woa this vid is so true

  • watch the video again, and this time think. even if you don't think a fetus is alive, it's still GOING to be a human. It's going to grow up and get married and maby even have children of it's own. You will never regret NOT having an abortion. but you will regret having one.

Just think, what if your mother had had an abortion?

  • Excellent!

  • thank you so much - that's one of the best videos i've ever seen!

    God bless you
