I'm not sure that any of these ingrates appreciate skill anymore. First off it takes a long time to reach this level of skill in tending bar. And as a tender myself. I can tell you that earthily a customer and entertaining a customer go hand in hand!! And if done properly (not excessively) it will actually GENERATE business AND tips. Thereby keeping everyone happy!!

boredincorwall is actually right. This is not bartending, this is juggling. This is what you do at a slow bar, but at a slow bar no one came to see this. hmm... oxymoron, I guess.

In 1 and a half minutes, she made zero drinks. She missed out on at least $20 in revenue.

Bottles are mostly empty. It's impractical to do that with full bottles as the risk of splashing everyone or losing control of the bottle and beaning someone in the head is a serious risk. Keep the juggling at the circus and poor the effing drink. I was a bartender for 12 years and that is just eye candy for competitions and nothing more.

...and before you all start, I AM a barman, and I CAN do this kinda stuff (not this impressively, I admit), and it annoys the hell out of me when I see people doing this instead of serving. Save the flairing for the shows, serve people faster (keeping them happy), be prompt and and polite in the hope you get tipped (keeping you happy) and get more money in the tills (keeping your boss happy).

that's not bartending. that's flairing. There is a distinct difference. Still there is something to admire when it comes to those with that level of skill it takes to flair well.

She's allright but that is just one bottle. Try 2 bottles and a tin and I'll be slightly more impressed

Actually... perhaps you should inform yourself before sounding like an assclown. ALL flair bartending competitions require you have liquor in the bottle and most check your drink for taste and service standards.
