Great AMV! ^_^ Love the main song used - and of course Fairy Tail too! :D
Just a couple of tips though for any AMV's you make in the future:-
1. If you can try to keep the whole video fullscreen
2. Try to use RAW episodes or crop the subtitles out
3. Maybe experiment with a few more effects
