Always loved his songs / vocals the best. Still do,,,,of course Gram Parsons added somethin special for a short time but I love the songs Gene did the most. ...of all the Byrds stuff. Especially this one. Thank you xx Peace
No GC No Byrds one of the greatest unheralded american Rock-pop songwriters of all time also Richard Manuel.Of more recent vintage add Kevin Gilbert(also Neglected)at least Jeff Buckley had some push and recgonition one thing they all now have in common though,...they are all DEAD
Thank you so much. I loved this song from the first time I heard it in the sixties, learned it and still sing it occasionally. Gene is one of my touchstones. That's David Crosby on the harmony...heaven.

I have in the last two years I have view 3,405 videos and the last six were this video. This was and still is the greatest record I have own and ever played. You have done a OUTSTANDING job with this video it just takes the damn wind wind out of me to listen and to view it. Thank you for your work on this and as Mr. Clarks head stone would have it there's (NO OTHER)................
My First Byrds albums were 'Byrdmaniax', 'Further Along' and laterally 'History of the Byrds' which I am told has been unavailable since the early 90's (no CD release). Great song and thoroughly enjoyable ... Recall some interviewer asking Gene if The Byrds had been the inspiration for ZZ Top to grow beards ... referencing David Gahr's photo showing Roger 'bearless' McGuinn. "Harold Eugene Clark - No Other" Peace man.
What a beautiful song! The harmony on this one is perfect. The Byrds were one of my favorite American bands. Each member made a significant contribution! Thanks to the Searchers for using the 12 string guitars which led to The Byrds using the same sound! Lovely!

I wore the grooves off this album. I love Gene's chord structure. And vocal phrasing. So melancholy.

A fine tribute to a great musician,
with nostalgic memories,
looking back to the Byrds,
high flight forever!
