the only thing i have to do after launching it is to shut all other cpu's down in the game's exe file but one, otherwise the game turbocharges like on crack >> just unplayable

i dug out my old dark forces 2 cd. I wanted to go back to the past and then I find out my computer is too powerful to handle this game.

This game is the GREATEST PC game ever. PC games arnt what they used to be anymore. Crysis is cool, but its still generic. Unreal torneyment 3 sucked hardcore compared to Unreal 2004. Yet this game and tribes 2 still to this date remain the best in my heart.

pst... I'll let you in on a little secret. While forced unleashed and KOTOR 3 are coming out as well as a new Star Wars MMO. There is one game deep in development with Lucas Arts and Free Radical that is said to be called Dark Forces 3.

However it is a still a rumor, but it was 360 Mag that reported on it. Who also leaked some Gears 2 info before GDC as well as assassins creed info. Hmmm their credibility is up there. If they are wrong I'll be pissed.

While my all time Favorite PC games were made by lucasarts, this was certainly one of the best. The best games for PC during this era were star trek and star wars based. This is the best from the dark forces series. It was also the first that allowed you to turn to the dark side and featured two distinct endings. KOTOR 1 was absolutely fantastic, better than KOTOR 2 which lost my interest anyway. Im excited about TFU and definately a KOTOR 3, but a new dark forces kicks ass.
