I agree, sadly the vocals sound like rubbish .....I've seen Belphegor quite often by now and they never seem to manage to get it just right. Either the instruments sound like a undifferentiated wall of noise, or the vocals sound like Helmuth is not trying. And I'm saying that as a person who thinks that Belphegor are one of the very best Metal Bands out there atm .......just unfortunately not nearly as good live as they are on the records.
