Fine performance, so no blame on you, but they ruined it by changing the lyrics...if you can't handle certain subject matters...then avoid...don't alter.
so whats the point of doing "shows you cant do in highschool", if when you perform a song like "sailing", you can't say "sex", and you're not brave enough to sing it with a man the way it is intended?
Well, it's ironic as well, but I meant that it is hypocritical in the sense that the school is advertising this event as "Songs From Shows You Can't Do In High School", with the expectation that you're going to see something edgy, but then they give you censored G-rated bullshit. They're saying that they're going to give you one thing, but they give another.
