My friend the Urban Ninja and I came up with an air purification system using a common shop vac, with a HEPA filter installed, and the large diameter intake hose attached to a box with several 20x30" filters installed as pre filters; merv 2, merv 7, merv 11. some selfsealing silicone tape around the hose connections, and the output run through a large dia. hose and into a dispersion manifold made from 1 1/4" PVC with allot of 1/8" holes drilled in it, in a tank with hydrated Lime and water.
75CFM isn't that much when you think about it, if you took a regular vacuum with a hose, upright or cylinder, then cut a second hole in the barrel for the second hose, add a filter if you wish and away you go, a wet/dry vac for the price of a barrel, hose and filter... :)
