Kevin Spacey has more talent in his toenail then Rosenbaum will ever have in his career. Superman Returns was a great movie.Smallville is GARBAGE!it is composed of actors who together don't add up to the Talent Kevin Spacey has. Let's see Rosenbaum pull off the job done in Usual Suspects or American beauty.

I was distracted by the "new" uniform. I liked the "S" treatment but I preferred Chris Reeves suit. The bright blue, red, and yellow says "Superman" to me. I didn't like the cape with no yellow "S" either.

The one thing that bothered me was no one could put two and two together that when Clark returns, Superman returns....and when Superman was in the hospital, no one questioned what happened to Clark. Other than that...I thought it was an interesting movie.

If they had used Doomsday or something in the movie, it would've just been a monster movie with Superman in it. But because it has Lex Luthor as the bad guy, it becomes much better, as it uses a human as a villain against an alien hero.
I share your views. I think the first movie after such a long time could have been better. They need to have a powerful villian/s in these movies, strong enough to defeat Superman without resorting to using kryptonite. Maybe even much stronger than him, like Doomsday or something. That's what makes a story good.
Doomsday that would be a kickass fight but would they show him (well he didn't die he kind of was in a coma or something) shut down and recharge again.
Kevin Spacey SUCKED as Lex Luthor. The movie sucked, the script sucked. Brian Singer sucks. The only decent thing about the whole movie was Brandon Routh, but they didn't give him/Superman anything to do. The movie was pathetic. Superman deserves better.
