@joel474 We know now that those individuals most probably are psychopaths and can not be rehabilited. The condition shows itself in early age and antisocial behaviour can not be prevented, really. Disorganised killers like Jeff Dahmer or Richard Trenton Chase do not fit in that category. They actually suffer from a mental condition that could have been treated if noticed early enough. Psychopaths are not curable.

@toowaker37 i live in overland park. we do have capital punishment. he didn't get it because we didn't get cp until 1994 and all of his kills were prior to that, making his max penalty possible whatever the law says it was at the time of the murders. they didn't put in that murders committed prior to the law taking effect could be tried for death, which was life without parol for every life taken.

@markusduff2006 Keep in mind Kevin was shot in the head, that takes recovery time, it was a very traumatic event, and he might have blacked out after having been shot and been running on "autopilot" or survivor mode. Plus, he'd have been in a panic and not worried about looking at the details of the man, he would've been more focused on just getting out of there alive like other victims.
If you look at another vid by this person, you hear about the affects getting shot had on Kevin....
