This is some hard preaching. However, this man must preach Gods grace and love more. Every time i hear him its this pharisetical way. Its wrong to tell people that if they dont serve God good enough then they are going to hell. Thats work salvation, not true grace. Im not saying that gives us a free pass to sin, but im saying that we can go to heaven ONLY because of Jesus, not because of our works plus Jesus.
What the man is saying in the video is we should be giving our lives for God there is joy in it and love but if we are living for self and not for God is that fruit of a Christian?
No, thats the point. Jesus is our only way to heaven, and if we believe in him, then we will serve him. This man puts seven minutes on works, and one minute on Jesus. I have heard him preach a few times, and every time its about works. I am just telling people that only Jesus gets us into heaven, and our works are only evidences of our faith in Jesus.
But I ask you. Have you made yourself a living sacrifice to the Lord? Have you left behind all your desires and interests to serve the Lord fully? If you havent I can understand why you have a problem with this sermon. The thing is people have got too comfortable with the love and grace sermons. People need to be shakened up and that's what this sermon does.
At 3:45 into the video he supposedly quotes a verse from the bible. I looked up Matthew 12:25 and it doesn't say what he said. It reads:
But Jesus knew their thoughts, and said to them: "Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand. continues to next verse.

What the Lord wants from us is to save souls. This is more important than trying to get rich to help the poor. Jesus himself said, 'you will always have the poor with you.' It would be worse to be a poor man made wealthy by a rich man than to be a poor man saved before he passed away.

I understand that what you are speaking is truth- however, I don't think that music and your tone is appropriate. The Lord is Holy and therefore we must treat him with absolute respect!
