Its rather cool in design but i don't think it will be that eficient. Maybe for mainstream users who want silence.
By the looks of it only 92 fans can fit on it. Usualy high-end users buy aftermarket coolers, even pasive ones and mount 120 fans on them. ( S1 for example )
