  • nice dea, but sorry I do not see a dillemma here - only malpractice. Unless the patient in proper capacity or her proxy had expressed that she does not want to be treated, the nurse had to pursue beneficence and take care of the patient. This way she is just a difficult patient whom nurse neglected
