  • Love this! They could be huge in the grunge-era! Still made it now... Only Revolutions is a modern masterpiece!

  • I think biffy are great, and they still bring new sounds to music even to this day; but personally I really enjoy their older stuff a lot more, in my opinion it's got so much feel and soul in it

  • I LOVE every single song of this album on every album, CANT wait for a 6th album iv already heard one song off and it sounds sick

  • i hate the whole "biffy sold out" shit, sorry to everyone who thinks this i think ur an idiot and you need to grow up, biffy have evolved beyond all expectations and i for one am delighted for the guys because they are amazing musicians and down right nice guys, all their work is amazing, ive loved them from day one and my love has only increased with each release, i for one appreciate the music and effort put in by these guys and for people to dislike them because they got popular is ridiculous

  • @Kingcosie i think fans in this generation are spoiled little morons. people can look back on great bands and notice how most of them evolved from what they started out to be, into their peak of creativity. led zeppelin, the doors, pink floyd, rush, iron maiden, led zeppelin. take your pick, most bands didnt start out at their best, it took a few tries

  • You are such a fucking shill for having adverts to something you've never created, scumbag in the making.

  • will people just shut up! if you dont like there new stuff, DONT LISTEN TO IT!

  • why do people have to be such snobs about "mainstream" music

  • wtf, how the fuck havent i found this untill now i am pissed with myself. but then this song makes me feel happy again :)

  • to the top posts: it's not about the fact that biffy clyro are now accepted by the mainstream, it's about their music being made for the mainstream.

i loved biffy clyro when they were experimental and simply different from anything I've heard before, but since puzzle they evolved into some band that can easily be exchanged for any other one.

they deserve being rich and famous, but I would have loved to see that happening with the music they made before they got their major deal.

    just sayin'.

  • They didn't make music to be mainstream! They like experimenting and they are! I haven't heard anything like Puzzle and OR from anyone else! I prefer their older stuff but I still love their new stuff! and a lot of fans like both eras, so they're still pleasing fans!

And just to prove that they haven't sold out! Have you heard their new song? I think it's called the Joke's On Us! and it's like their older stuff! They have loads of mainstream fans now yet they're makin' whatever music they want!

  • @RyanSTH94 Thanks for the hint, now I'm actually curious about the new album :)

But I really don't think that making music for the masses has anything to do with experimenting; like both the b-side albums to Puzzle and OR - it seemed like they contained most of the music Biffy actually wanted to play but weren't allowed to put on an actual album anymore.

Anyways, I'm really excited to see how Biffy will do in the future :)

  • @RyanSTH94 i don't know man. when you look at blackened/vertigo and how anthemic, varied and simply brilliant albums they are. then switch to infinity which is one of the maddest albums i've ever heard. Then puzzle which doesn't have a dodgy song on it. But then they released mountains which originally wasn't an album track at the time, made number 5 in the charts - something changed. they do still experiment because in ORevs they use theremins and synths, but still. it's a feeble album

  • I like all of their songs.

  • ' i miss old biffy' get a grip mate. If you miss their old songs, listen to them. If you dont like their new music because more than 10 people like it, don't listen to it. Personally I am a fan of all of Biffy's albums, if you were a true biffy fan, you would too.

  • Blackened Sky > Vertigo of Bliss > Puzzle > Only Revolutions > Infinity Land

    Amazing song!

  • @im0uttatime No. Blackened Sky=Vertigo Of Bliss=InfinityLand>Puzzle>Only Revolutions

  • Iv just cant stop listening to this song it gets better every time

  • I miss you xxx

  • @flabble235 Hey man, yes I'm from Glasgow, and i remember the days when the only place you would hear stuff like this was the QMU or Sleazys, and i understand that they probably play it in the Garage now (or wherever the kids go to get pissed, throw up and pull each other these days) but you still don't hear it coming out of some bam's mobile up the back of the number 66...

  • @flabble235 Wee lassies who only know MOH, aye. Neds though?

  • Yes this is a terrific song. Yes, it is better than anything they have made recently. No, this does not mean that they have 'sold out' and are now to be reviled just because they are popular... Get over it people,,, They are enjoyed by the mainstream now, that does not mean that you have to hate them now because you won't be an outsider any more... Grow up...

  • @tigerarkan88 I am so hip that I can dissagree with both your former statements, I believe they have a song better than this. I also am hip enough to dissregard "the mainstream" as a phase. I also may add, as hip as I am, that terrific doesn't mean what you mere subjects of former avant garde kings might think!..... Actually you stated too many things for me to acknowledge and due to my awesome nihilistic lifestyle I can't condescend all of them in one youtube post. But ask and it shall be done.

  • @tigerarkan88 True statement. I only really love them for this album but I don't begrudge them for their success since. Brings back memories! Around 2002 I was listening to Biffy, Glassjaw, New End Original, Appleseed Cast, Cursive, Dag Nasty, all good stuff!

  • Love this song! :D BRILLIANT<3

  • theyplayed this at there SECC gig on saturday 27th. they were outstanding!

  • @sshanksART i was there :P i was singing mah heart out !

  • @ConzoMcF yea they were fucking awesome

  • fuck this brings memories back for me...their best album hands down.raw awesomeness...i dont like all the symphony epicness they are aiming for these days.just my opinion

  • @antopolus totally agree ... wish they could go back to making stuff similar to these old albums.

  • This song is absolutely fantastic, it's probably my favourite biffy song at the moment, and it's the only one I didn't have (even though I have all 5 albums - must have a dodgy blackened sky)

  • They played this in Belfast :) great song.

  • @Urmotherrocks I was there XD
