with the new OS 2.0 for the playbook coming out we will have the possibility to use the blackberry phone as a remote to control the PB. the phone screen will act as a touch pad for mouse like functions and the Bold keyboard is awesome for typing. Realli excited about the upcoming tablet OS from Blackberry

For all of you that say buy a laptop instead.... The playbook in bridge mode using my international email plan (data bridged over from RIM, not from local towers) is an excellent tool for email, web browsing, etc when traveling abroad and without any additional charges.

I even use desktop remote to see my programs in my home desktop, etc. Try that with a regular laptop, netbook, etc.

And yes, I do carry a 17 inch M17X, portable printer and scanner with me all the time too.
