  • @phatns2pid I know not everyone experimenting is a nutjob. My own father tried this. Turned out his doc had to clean his ears. I almost considered it after having a blocked feeling in my ear, like is was always full of water.

My doc had to clean my ears - used all kinds of scary tools and pulled this huge black mass from my ear. I was horrified. At one point. he actually said "you're crowing" It looked like a giant roach had been extracted from my ear. But it felt so good afterwards.

  • @logictrigger ew. lol. I still haven't gone to a doctor about it.... I need to figure out exactly where to go here in France, for things like that... an ear doctor... a dermatologist... what else do I need... a dentist...

  • If your tinnitis is being aggravated by wax buildup, just go to a clinic and get them to flush your ears out. I have to have it done occasionally (less than once a year), and it's amazing how much it can help.

  • Thanks for info. Hope you find something that works. Btw you cat in the background is a cutie.

  • That is candle wax. Your message is good but you are validating morons by performing an unnecessary experiment. If they want to risk burning their eardrums with hot wax - let them.

These are the same people that kill their children by using alternative medicine.

  • @logictrigger well... to be fair, more people die every year from using their medication AS PRESCRIBED than they do from "alternative medicine". It's one of the leading causes of death in the US. Over 100,000 a year.

  • @kendalismyname

The problem with that statement is that prescription medication is documented so the cause of death can be more easily traced back to them.

The "alternative medication" requires no records are the statistics are impossible to compute. The data collectors also do not include deaths from people option out of real medicine and going for bogus treatments as the bogus treatment was not a direct cause of death.

    .

    .

  • @kendalismyname

Also, I hope I didn't appear to be an excessively assertive jerk in my original reply. I let my emotions take over and get weird sometimes.

  • @logictrigger Not everyone who tries the occasional alternative treatment is a compete nutjob.

  • can i work on ya puter

  • Nice work Columbo

  • Marry me?

  • Jennifer love hewiit

  • You are adorable. ;-)

  • LOL Poor hot chick. I hate ear infections. At least you got the balls to try it and educate other people. and are cute about it :)

  • its a a fucking scam, even if you burn the candle alone, not in your ear you get the same result.

  • your hot!!!!

  • It's a fucking scam.

  • good research!!! good job for making these conclusions.

also, the mucus would come from your sinuses...not just your ear canal.

  • wow is she totally georgeous or am i watching a video about earwax out of curiousity? Girl looks exactly like Patty Smith when she was young and what a wild woman:)

  • yeah, just go to the doctors and have them use the water treatment, it actually works and is the correct method to remove earwax as opposed to q-tips (which apparently jam the wax more into your ear).

  • my grandparents did this cone thing to me when I was a kid with ear aches, they would roll up a newspaper. burn it at the end and smoke my ear ache away...NOT..different cure, same bull...go to a ENT doc like I do now, these crazy things r just money makers and can be dangerous..thanks 4 posting..like your voice btw.."-)

  • @auntjojo1980 Thank you, I appreciate the compliment. :-) and wow... a newspaper! eeek. flying, burning paper....

  • @kendalismyname yup...some crazy home remedies straight form Sicily =))

  • I just used ear candles for the very first time tonight. I noticed a big difference right away - in the thickness of my wallet !!!!

  • I didn't realize you were famous - you have a page on IMDB.

  • @browncarp ah, that doesn't make you famous. If you haven't heard of me, I'm not famous. :-D

  • I like you voice I think its cute.

  • (shhhhh...she is talking very softly, trying to get attention...very serious...self-absorption while trying ot be cute is serious biddness!)

  • what that is bee's wax and that is why it so yellow and can believe you paid $105 lol you can by them at GNC for $8.00

  • She's cute enough to have a successful, Anglo husband, but socially conditioned to be weird enough to comb Craigslist for spades when she's 45.

  • Comment removed

  • @soakthisup and you're socially conditioned to use phrases such as "socially conditioned" in contexts of scrutiny because you are social conditioned to be insecure. don't be a hater, mature people judge you as plain pathetic when you go around saying stupid things like that. good luck with your insecurity issues.

  • @samprimmer1 - speak english you slant eyed gook.

  • @soakthisup You are a loser. Me sorri, me engrish iza not so good, I hope me say first sentence properly. I no lika yo commenta on Anglo, you give Anglo people bad name, u shame them. I have been with many Anglo women, they very nice, I like Anglo people very much, my favorite girls are "white bitches" as you Americans say in movies. You bad Anglo, you must come from "Hillbilly" place. Good day loser.

  • get it done--see for yourself...pay no attention tot he naysayers

  • @goofygoat2009 are you telling me to get ear candling done? I did it already, and have to say it's a scam.

  • @kendalismyname but kendal..that wax you see on the cone--that IS from your ear--it got sucked out from the heat! also..we have yeast in our ears and that too gets sucked out..yes it sounds gross but there you have it

  • So what is your final verdict? Make a decision. Should I get the coning done or not? Let me know. I want to get this crap out of my ear; the so called "crap"

  • @powershop1903 I made my decision 2 years ago. Not worth it. Just go to a doctor, or try something else.

  • She talks quietly because she just got her ears candled.

  • is that apple pie on the chair? yummy!

  • is my volume broken or something?

  • the yellow bit is wax from the candle the darker brown bit is ear wax!

  • @danielle1981buster why would the wax from the candle melt to look and feel exactly like wax from my ear? I've had earwax on a Q-tip before, too, and it looked nothing like that wax.

  • i just had ear coning done today for the first time and boy does it work! a lot of wax got sucked out, yet gently. as for the blueberry juice in your ear kendall..it would either evaporate or dry up..it's not really going to show on the cone...besides..the wax comes out as a brownish color and would override any blueberry stain....

  • @goofygoat2009 the point of this experiment was to melt the "fungus" in the cone... I don't think fungus should turn into ear wax, but it did. Plus, there's no way that much (and more! This was the second session) earwax exists in your ear canal without causing a hearing problem.

  • @kendalismyname look at some of the ear wax extraction videos on you tube, yu will be amazd at the amount of wax in people's ears removed by doctors.

  • @Plum369 .... because it didn't come from their ears. :-D

  • From my experience using an ear cone is normally helpful to relieve tension in your ears, to help them "pop".

  • So people are basically being led to believe that large amounts of disgusting wax is being drawn from their ear when in fact nothing there is no quantifiable affect.

  • Kendal, Sorry to hear about your tinitis. I hope you get through this. Are you having ringing in one or both ears? As for ear wax, all you have to do is smell it. Ear was has a very distinct odor. Also see Ear Candle Scam Part 2. I would contact the folks you paid for the treatment and tell them you will Sue for medical malpractice if they do not return your money. If that doesn't work tell them their hot wax burned your ear drum and they should respond . Good luck pretty lady.

  • @TWR1961 oh, it's been 2 years now... not worth it. :-) but you're right, ear wax would smell, and that stuff didn't smell. I do have ringing in both ears. I'm getting insurance here in France, now, so I should be able to take a trip to a doctor soon. It hasn't been priority, since I've lived with it for so long. :-P

  • You have a Winona Ryder thing going on- Anyone ever tell you that?

    -Rob

  • @BobbyLoveOB thanks. :-) yes, especially when I have a pixie cut. "Don't steal anything" was a friend's favourite thing to say to me

  • Thanks for doing the video- I saw this coning thing on Keeping Up With The Kardashians- They got a ton of crap out of Bruce Jenner's ear like you did out of yours- when I saw how much I thought it was a wonder he could hear anything at all. Anyway- Your experiment debunked this nonsense as far as I'm concerned- Thx, Robt------- Keep in Touch

  • This is an excellent video. Also, skeptics are more attractive because they're smarter (and this one's cute anyway).

  • no it doesnt work. ear drops work so much better

  • @iadoremanga you're wrong..i just had ear coning today for first time and boy did it work! did you ever have it done?

  • @goofygoat2009 yeah.... that stuff was supposedly from my ear, where do you think I got it? lol

  • @goofygoat2009 No, i know what im talking about after having it done 3 times...

  • So hot. Let's get together. You do my ear, I'll do you.

  • damn yu gotz alota shitt up in yur year... Holy fuck

  • Thanks for the experiments! This is very helpful. Almost went in for a session before seeing this.

PS- I'm really enjoying your other videos as well. I love your voice..You seem so comfortable and intimate on camera- not many people have that gift.

  • @2:00 - that much stuff came out of your ear canal...que? What the hell are you doing to get that much shit in you earhole?

  • Come on people, think!. If you can't tell a legitimate, fact based science from a stupid web site that believe in magic then you're beyond help.

  • Why is everyone who visited this channel a shit head?

  • whisper much?

  • @1FastfingersMcgee1 does anyone ever watch any of my OTHER videos before criticizing this one?

  • @kendalismyname i did.. you still talk quietly lol

  • you talk to damn quietly

  • @MonsterZach066 If you think that's quiet...

If you met my ex girlfriend you'd probably suicide yourself.

  • Your funny and hot!

It sounds like your full of crap LOL thanks for the laugh.

  • WHERES THE ICE CREAM SUB ME EVERYONE............. SHE IS NASTY SHOWING THAT EAR CRAP EWWWWWWW

  • @vampireslayerguide ah, somebody likes vampire slayers? I worked on Buffy for a year... but I'm nasty, so you probably wouldn't want to talk about that with me. ah well. :-P

  • @kendalismyname u worked on buffy?

  • @bmcg678 yep! for a whole season.

  • @kendalismyname did u have an on screen part if so who were u?

  • @bmcg678 ah, can't comment, or vampireslayerguide might get information :-P

  • @kendalismyname just message me

  • @vampireslayerguide shes not the fist

  • That is just vodo stuff, I can pul a coin out of your ear ;-)

  • are you ok?

  • @casadejoey other than the constant ringing in my ears, yeah, I'm OK. Who wouldn't be OK, living in Paris? :-D

  • @kendalismyname I know a few, but they're ok. They moved to Spain =p

How is the sister city of Paris? I'm in London. It's like Paris, but crapper architecture and less favorable weather. Hah.

Let me know if you find the cure. My ears need fixing too.

  • @casadejoey the only thing that keeps me sane is this weird thought that it'll just stop, one day. But I am hoping the chiropractic stuff will help. London... yeah, I've been there a few times but I don't have a desire to stay very long.

  • your gorgeous,,,,,,, Have you found anything that works yet?

  • @jeremiahrootsr no, but I'm hoping once I go through some chiropractic that it might help. I hear it can, and that the first use of chiropractic actually cured a man who had gone deaf. :-P so... maybe :-)

  • yum tacos

  • THUMBS UP IF U CAME TO THIS VIDEO JUST BECAUSE U SAW THE WORD CONING.

  • You are so right. I did the same experiment and its just the wax itself on the bottom. How convenient, wax in the bottom from the candle and they tell you its from your ear--what a con job!

  • If you still have Tinn.. Try going to a Chiropractor, Sometimes your neck bones can be slightly out of place and pressing on nerves etc. I was cured by a few adjustments.. It's worth a try.

  • @SURFSTYLEY4 I hope so. I went for about 2 weeks, every day while i was in LA this month, and I'm trying to get to a chiropractor again here in Paris. It's for my back and neck issues but it'd be nice if it took care of the tinnitus too!

  • @kendalismyname Yes, i had really really bad Tinn, so loud i could hardly sleep. I then started having vertigo attack 2 years later, Turned out to be Meniere's Disease. After going to a chiro once a week for 2 months, all my symptoms went away. It comes back every now and then, It's taking a while to retrain my muscles to hold things exactly where they need to be, but i no longer have the ringing, Only some fullness and dizziness sometimes. But it was all in the neck.Good Luckand don't give up.

  • @SURFSTYLEY4 that's really cool! :-D

  • i really love your soft voice!

  • you sound so creepy.

    it's kind of cute.

  • The residue from the remaining candle is in fact candle wax and charred cloth. It is not ear wax but using the candles is not a scam, there are many people who have benefited from using these candles. They do not cure anything but they are meant to manipulate the nerve endings which is similar to acupuncture or acupressure and the ingredients in the candles do have healing properties that help with certain symptoms.

  • The body will then within 3 to 5 days push out the wax, in an all natural way, which includes any built up wax and other toxins. Usually it will come out, as it usually does, while you are sleeping or in the shower. You should never use this product if you have perforated eardrum or tubes in your ears.

  • weird I came here looking for ice cream coning and I find you!

  • i don't understand why people talk to cameras so quietly

  • @clockkworkk have you considered that some people talk quietly, no matter if there's a camera there or not?

  • @clockkworkk I didnt know either, until i started talking to a camera.

  • You make me give you puppy dog eyes.

  • I guess it's the whole oil & water don't mix thing...since blueberry juice is watery & ear wax is oily (lipids)

    hmmm...

    you're also pretty! :)

  • you look like Margot Kidder, in a good way.

  • You are very pretty. <:

  • Thank you for approaching this issue with some real objective experimentation. I hope any practitioners who come by your video realize that just a negligible amount of anatomical research and inventive empiric observation can expose this hoax for the runny, melting poop that it is.

  • those ear candles are gross, but atleast you're cute!

  • you did it wrong. You actually do a paper cone and burn the cone, the heat will evaporate in your ear and it will vaporize excess liquid from your ear. I have done this and it works but that is not used for infection but when you have ur ears full of water and painful because of water or a day in the pool, etc

  • @giovannasos I didn't do it myself, I went to someone to have it done. I've never heard of doing it that way, nor seen a paper cone. that seems even more dangerous!

  • @kendalismyname

nope, i have done it all the time just make sure the cone is horizontally, not vertically as the ashes can fall in so if you put is sideways or at 45 degrees then it works, what is dangerous about? !! u Americans man! so delicate, just do it :)

  • @giovannasos hehe. well I haven't had any problem with water in my ears, but the old hydrogen peroxide and a Q-tip usually does the job for me :-)

  • @kendalismyname

"hydrogen peroxide and a qtip' how complicated :)

  • Well if SOME of you can't merely change foil from a paper plate, and SOME of you don't care about the comment, why did SOME of you bother to comment? If SOME of you have Invisalign and it causes a speech alteration, SOME of you should take it out before posting videos. You put stuff on the public domain, so SOME of you should expect a variety of commentary. If SOME of you don't like it, SOME of you SHOULD NOT POST. Own it !!

  • @1celticChef what the hell is your problem? why are you making fun of her and why does it bother you if she didnt put the ear candles on a fucking paper plate or whatever youre saying? go back to touching yourself in the basement sweetie pie :)

  • Well if SOME of you can't merely change foil and some of you don't care about the comment, why did SOME of you bother to comment? You put stuff on the public domain, so SOME of you should expect a variety of commentary. If SOME of you don't like it, SOME of you SHOULD NOT POST. Own it !!

  • @1celticChef lol. I'm not sure why you care so much what other people do.

  • Gawd, what a dork! And who uses REAL plates to put that crap on?? That's what paper plates are for. Why does she try to light it on fire?? And she talks like she has some speech problem. Yeech!

  • @1celticChef I will never understand why people make comments that are completely useless to anyway. Anyway, SOME of us aren't wasteful enough to use paper plates, and SOME of us might have something called Invisalign. But some of us are now living in Paris and don't really care what you think.

  • damn, you are gorgeous!!! i think you've just cured my tinnitus!!!

  • hey sorry about your tinnitus, that totally sucks! when did it start? have you found a fix yet??

  • Your fine as hell

  • i suffer from it too and no it doesnt work it just clears sinuses not wax.

  • Did she say she suffers from tititis?

  • great post! ive thought the same things myself.

  • You're really pretty.

  • Hottie!

  • ultimate test: burn an ear candle that is not in someones ear, cut it open, and still discover the same amount of crap:D

  • All you have to do to see that ear candles produce their own fake ear wax etc., it light an ear candle in an empty plastic tube. It will magically collect ear wax, pollen, fungus, or whatever, even though it is not in an ear.

  • that looked sooo good!!..i would put a little Franks Red hot on those babies mmmmmmmm

  • MARGO KIDDER!!! Let's see your missing teeth!

  • You look like Brooke Adams, famous for Invasion of the Body Snatchers ( Original )....I think she's Gorgeous...hence...

  • @ASSBANG6969 well thanks, I haven't seen the movie but I looked up some photos. i can see that. :-D

  • @kendalismyname Your welcome, Gorgeous...Btw...I would Love to do an Invasion of your Body...he,he,....

  • @ASSBANG6969 Yeah you're right she does! Very pretty.

  • @entrailsgalore I want to Kiss you....

  • @ASSBANG6969 Uh...thanks I guess...

  • @entrailsgalore The Kiss would be really long lasting, our Tongues playing Tag-your-it, really Sweet....Yummy...like eating Candy...

  • @ASSBANG6969 Uh yeah..let me sleep on this...

  • @entrailsgalore Thanks for considering it BEAUTIFUL....Kiss...Kiss....bye....

  • @ASSBANG6969 I want to FEED her! you can see blood vessels through her skin!!!! Get that kid a burger!

  • @ASSBANG6969 From England I think she looks more like Keira Knightley, but I

agree with you she's absolutely Georgeous!

  • Thank you Kendal. Makes much more sense to me and to think I was going to try this ...you just saved me some cash ;-)

  • Without insurance the ENT in Dallas gives a free ear evaluation (look into your ears) and $40 to clean per ear. I found a hearing aid specialist by going to a Hearing Aid shop. I have tried the water flushing technique. It took a lil big ball of wax out but there was still a lot left.. so the Dr gave me a prescription for drops that cost $150!!! Right now I m going to stick to off-the-shelf ear drops and Im going to buy a syringe and do ear flush myself cos it is easy..

  • @wyomingsamurai jeez. prescriptions are such rip-offs... I mean, really. Really?? Yeah, I'm still on some pricy eye drops for my PRK dryness. I might just stop though. It's been a year.

  • Babe... beautiful and you're passionate. I'm here for you :)

  • I'd say that your one dedicated ear wax cleaner if you said that

  • Ha yeah really can't help you with that one, maybe if you lived in Australia I could of been some assistance ;)

  • @hellfish5 well if you see me announcing "hey I'm in Australia!"...

  • Dang, maybe you could head into a chemist and grab a kit to do it yourself at home, I'm sure if they don't supply them they will lead you in the right direction.

  • @hellfish5 a chemist? Where do you find your neighbourhood chemist? hehe

  • You should be able to goto your GP I found out, they can do a flush & drain. They use water that is gently pumped into the ear to get wax out. I'm currently away on holidays but when I return I'm going to see my family doctor to see what he can do.

  • @hellfish5 Yeah... I'm sure it's pretty easy. But I don't have a doctor or insurance, so it's kind of a hassle for me to find someone, so I put it off.

  • Did you end up finding an alternate to the candles? For some reason i decided I wanted to get as much wax out my ears as possible, I like the idea of having clear ears.

  • @hellfish5 No, not yet. I should go to the ear/nose/throat Dr, but I might just wait til I'm in France. tried something from CVS but it didn't seem to do anything.

  • Your hot!!!!

  • you cant hear because you whisper all the time SHHHHHHHH

  • u are incredibly weird and i cant beleive that shit come from your ears!

  • @BoyMunkey08 Did you even watch the video? That shit did NOT come from her ears. It's just candle wax.

  • You're cute but not the best-educated person I've seen. Ear candling has been proven to be a myth. Your ear is designed to clear out excessive wax on its own, just using the motion of your jaw. If you do have a buildup of wax that is excessive.

P.S.: I said that you're not the best-educated, not that you're stupid or retarded. It's not meant as an insult.

  • @theawakener7 cork, good idea. :-)

  • Malfunctioning retarded genetically inferior bitches like this is the reason why this country is going down the drain. Its not her fault at all. Its her parents' mistake that they did not abort her.

  • ouch. looks like you has some burritos in your ears...

  • @davetista oops someone already beat me to the comment.

  • @Lethalc0mb0 Whahah freaking nasty man !!!!

  • Sounds as though its melted your brain. Try this little experiment Get your mate to look in one of yor ears, n if they see daylight you know the waxy stuff was indeed your brain. as i first suspected.

  • @MrStevierich I shall take your advice, as you seem to be speaking from experience.

  • Did you ever get the tinitus taken care of? I have it wikkid bad... I havent ever went & gone to a dr to have it checked out... I probably should... I guess...

  • @JeeperzJustin no... i haven't been disciplined enough to really do a full-on raw food diet to see if that works, and I haven't had any other possible cures. I have a book on curing your tinnitus but the raw food diet is a big part of it. When I went to the doctor, he just said nothing could be done. But I've heard of therapies where they like, match the sound and somehow it gradually lessens, if that makes sense. I'd like to try it.

  • i bet you everything you got that most if not all of the fools who believe that this works are all democrats!!..they are by far the most stupid of the two...lol...don't believe me?.ask them !

  • you have the most beautiful hair ever.

  • maybe the blueberry juice ran out the other side... hehe jk
