Okay, i just bought an Iphone 3gs it was unlocked (for t-mobile) AND jailbroken running on the 3.1.3 software. THEN, i decided to mess around with it and ended up updating it to the iOS4 and un-jailbroke it -____- is there a way to go back to 3.1.3 software?

Yeap, the only reason it wouldn't is an error while jailbraking/unlocking. Don't use ZiPhone as there is a hard coded 'error' in the program. If you have an non-3g iphone, you can either use iLiberty+ or you can use the new Winpwn. 1.1.4 firmware only.(as far as I know) If you have the new 3g iphone, you can use the same application. for reasons, i'll let you find it yourself.

Everything, except for Visual Voicemail. But that isn't really a big deal because T-Mobile's voicemail works fine. Its not like its a feature where you push a button and it doesn't work. If you've never heard of visual voicemail, you would never know it was missing. Visual voicemail just shows your voicemails in text format in a list like:

1: Bobby Smith

2: Jane Juicy

etc.

instead of just calling and listening.

Yes, My Faves work great. If your going to get a 3G iphone, it will not work with the T-Mobile's network. T-Mobile's new 3G network operates on the 1700mhz(upload) and 2100mhz(download). The 3G iPhone is only triband capable. 850mhz, 1900mhz and 2100mhz. So even if it did somehow connect, you'd never be able to tell the server what you'd like to download. Sorry. You'll have to go with ATT if your in the USA. If your not, then disregard this statement as other carriers don't have this issue..

I own an OFFICIALLY Apple unlocked iPhone 3g 16GB and it works just fine on T-Mobile, internet, YouTube, mail, maps, etc., no problems.

The officially unlocked phone will cost about $900US, but just like anything else in life, you get what you pay for.
